Whats the deal with Coinshift? Payouts haven't been on time (or happening at all) the last couple of days? It was at 17:54 every day for a week straight and now I haven't gotten one in 36hrs+

I don't mind waiting, but some word from them would be nice.

Sorry if this has been explained, I tried going through some of the recent pages but all of the idiotic bickering makes it hard to find USEFUL information - but is there something wrong with the stats..? I can't see my miner stats on either wafflepool or Wil's site for the last day or so.

Are you seeing a zero hashrate at wafflepool's page but your miners are still showing hashrate? (Wil's site seems to be down for me right now)
Have you patched to the lastest *gminer to prevent the client.reconnect exploit?
Have you restarted your mining process at all lately?

Wafflepool.com miner page just shows me a completely blank (white) page on 2 of the 3 addresses I tried.. Had a friend check the same address and he got the same thing. Haha, its weird, idk what it is.

Pool is down to 7.16GH/s and my hashrate is almost non-existant.. Did pool crash? I'm on USEast FWIW.

Was useast down within the last 10-12 hours? I had my rigs mining to a backup pool for a while, not sure if there was something wrong on my end, or at waffle.

From around 3AM EST - 3:30AM EST wafflestats has my miners at 0Kh/s, so I assume so.

Wil: Your WaffleStats page is broken.

Graph has no new data for many hours.

Wil,

Not piling on, but just making sure that you see this.  Graph stopped at 2100hrs on Mar 14.
Appreciate the work you do for all of us.  Donation will be forthcoming.

Same, mine just always says "API Server Unreachable" or something like that for a while now..

Lunch time, back in about an hour (I'll be watching their stuff remotely - and can disable if needed).

If you take a lunch break or anything and can't seriously keep watching it all times, then just disable it when you're too busy.

Now you just ruined it for everybody.

There's ONE PERSON with like 15GH/s mining on GHash.io now (he was the whale on waffle and left before the proxy).. Stop being a selfish prick, you were no more entitled to the 2x bonus than anyone else.

and you stop being a lazy one, and move the miners over, instead of expecting poowaffle to do all the work for you...

I moved my miners over early yesterday, lol. I don't rely on PW to move my miners for me rofl.

If GHash gets >40GH the reward goes down to 1.25.. pfft its already 3GH away, better make sure we throttle down to keep it at 2x -,-

I'm working on it right now.  Essentially its an issue with having fewer coins actively being mined (just because there are fewer profitable in the last day or so).  If we start on litecoin, switch to doge, and go back to lite before a block has been found, we end up with some duplicate shares.  I'm working on a patch right now, not sure on ETA though.  Has nothing to do with EU vs other servers, should be across the board.

I noticed my daily avg hashrate had dropped quite a bit, despite being steady +/- 100-200 khash for over a week. Is this why? Sorry, this is a hobby for me I don't particularly check my miners much.. ever.. so long as they're on and running according to will's page lol. I use the USEast not EU stratum though..

I know its partial, but still wtf has happened:
Date BTC Earned Avg Hashrate BTC / 1MH
Mar 10, 2014 (partial) 48.50115741 30.37 GH/s 0.00486714

The same exact thing that happens EVERY DAY around this time - some impatient fool looks at a fraction of the day's average and comes here to post asking why the world is ending despite having to see the full averages for the last week staring him in the face right below that.

I've only been here a week or two and damn you people get annoying with this shit.

Eh.. How does that work? My one IP refreshing every couple of minutes enables DDoS protection? Wouldn't miners trip it too everytime they sent/received data, they have to be sending connections far more often than this stats thing?

I'm not sure what PW's back end infrastructure is like but MrWil is aggregating data through PW's web endpoint. If, for example, MrWil's processes are hitting PW's API for 1,000 users, ranging from 1 min to 5 mins each, that's several thousand requests a minute at least to that endpoint. This could definitely look like a DDOS attack to monitoring software.

The mining data is most likely set up a different way. This is an educated guess at best.

Ideally, PW would be setting up rate limiting for the API for general use, and maybe white-listed IP addresses for more intensive services like MrWil's with some kind of rev-share or other agreement in place for the service.

I had totally just woken up when I wrote that.. Oh sheesh I'm a complete idiot for thinking I was the ONLY person using MrWil's website to pull data lol.

Ahhh the human brain was not designed to function without coffee!!! Sad haha sorry

Someone here mentioned it might have something to do with the DDOS protection strengthening we did a few day ago.  I'll contact Wil and see what we can do to make it work.

It makes sense if a single endpoint (or a small number of IPs) coming from MrWil's service is constantly hitting your api URL. I'd imagine that X number of people using it * 1 or 5 min intervals is going to amount to a fair bit of traffic and trigger some kind of anti-DDOS response.

Holy shit.. Seconded. Thirded. PW, this is the ONLY change you need to focus on. Well this and a donation increase option so I can up mine after we become PirateWaffle!

How accurate is this info on your site? I signed up a few days ago and kind of forgot about it..

Your website claims:

Bitcoins per MH/s: 0.005143 for my stats

Wafflepool itself claims quite a bit higher than that.. Who has the right math here?

http://wafflepool.com/stats

Code:
Date BTC Earned Avg Hashrate BTC / 1MH
Mar 04, 2014 (partial) 144.88776198 24.87 GH/s 0.00594368

Ok.. So that'd still have wafflepool over-reporting by 15%.

The #s do not add up, end of story. The sporadic payment times make it almost impossible for me to calculate this myself - I'm terrible at math.

Edit: To clarify, I'm not accusing PW of "skimming off the top" or anything like that. Actually, I could care less if he is 'cause he probably deserves it. I just want a stats page I can use to semi-accurately predict my earnings because - as previously declared - I suck at math Sad lol
