I think you will find this clowns wallet is deliberately not combined to push up difficulty when they are not staking. Have been keeping my eye on it. I think its on a virtual machine that is switch off near their staking. Not in the spirit of TEK greedy sod!

TEK diff is riding pretty high these days! It almost reached 0.011 a few hours ago...
If I get it right, this is mainly caused by small blocks (so I consolidated mine as much as possible) but I must admit I don't understand very well the following: PoS diff rises and falls depending on how many coins are getting staked how often similar to PoW mining diff
Does it mean the more coins are waiting to stake the higher is difficulty?
What is the exact relationship between PoS difficulty and PoW difficulty?
(sorry if these questions are too obvious, but I still have a lot of knowledge to acquire

If I'm not mistaken, difficulty is rising due to the huge amount of small blocks that are staking.

Hi, I'm a fan of TEK and I got quite a few of them in my wallet but I have a noob question.
What exactly is causing the difficulty to go up so much? Today it's about 0.0018 but it fluctuates. All I understand is that I should keep my wallet locked and wait for lower diff before staking to maximize the stake rate.
Is the high diff caused by a lot of people mining it? (POW). Or is it because a lot of wallets are open, or not open, or staking, or locked? Ok, I'm sure you get that I'm totally clueless at understanding this. Would somebody be so kind to explain it to me?

Would it be posible to post the formula for POS?
That way it is easy to calculate the rate ourselves depending on the diff.

Correct file name is tekcoin.conf , you have to create it in the data directory (where wallet.dat is) only if you need to add some parameters, nodes, etc.Thx

You can use 'getinfo' in console to get difficulty, etc.
