You can use your public key to track how much you own in your wallet and you can't move fund with public key but with private key you have access to your wallet anytime anywhere, keep it safe that's why its called private key,do not share with anyone

I always prefer to use hardware wallets which is more trustable than the other wallets. Can someone suggest me some other tusted wallets...thanks

Re: How will Minors survive when all BitCoins are Mined?

In the simplest terms, mining is the process of hashing the block header repeatedly changing one parameter, until the resulting hash matches a specific target. The hash
function’s result cannot be determined in advance, nor can a pattern be created that will produce a specific hash value. This feature of hash functions means that the only way
to produce a hash result matching a specific target  is to try again and again, randomly modifying the input until the desired hash result appears by chance. In this highly competitive environment, individual miners working alone (also known as solo miners) don’t stand a chance . The likelihood of them finding a block to offset and their electricity and hardware costs is so low that it represents a gamble, like playing the lottery.

Securing bitcoin is challenging because bitcoin is not an abstract reference to value like a balance in a bank account.Btc is very much like digital cash and gold. The core principle in btc is decentralization and it has important implications for security.

All coins are very good coins in the coin market.
The better way of investment would be to split the investment amount between different currencies. That way you can hedge the bets. you can do the same and invest in some coins at good conversion rates.

Re: How to safely store big amounts of BTC?

The safest way to store a big amount is always a hardware wallet. But still you can diversify the storage based on how offen you use(trade) those funds. Like the funds you have just holding for a long time should definitely be stored in an hardware wallet. Other funds that you generally use for trading purpose can be stored on online wallet or in other top bitcoin wallets.

I have never seen this coin rises a lot. But you can hold for future investments so once it rises you can get profit.
