You need to post 5 posts and be logged in for 4 hours.
There is also other way: post a request in Whitelist thread and if you have a good reason you can be whitelisted without above requirements.

First of all they have an easy access to gambling sites and you can't check the age when payments are with cryptocurrencies. But addiction ? Really? Teenagers usualy don't have large BTC sums on their accounts and with cheap bets it is mainly a form of entertaining.

BFL was a bad horse in our gold rush race. Now it seems Avalone as well wasn't right pick (chips delays). Current winners appear to be Bitfury and KnC.
