Your technical analysis for xrp might have been right because market had a small retracements between yesterday and the day before. The only thing is that XRP team released major FA news just around the time that XRP seemed very primed for a massive pump. Let's hope that the price would dip anytime soon coz it does seem like XRP soldiers are now active in action again and are ready to ride it back to all time high of 2017 bull market season.

I think a good cryptocurrency system/tech should achieve those things you mentioned without sacrificing on decentralization, transparency, immutablity, censorship resistant, permissionless/trustlessness, privacy/anonymity, security... The ability of most/all participants to easily download/run full nodes, control their coins and take part in full network consensus shouldn't be denied them.

Creating jobs? We got full-time traders here in the market, not sure if there are contractual jobs though, but I am pretty sure there are social groups doing that, maybe not recognized or legalized business. Cheesy
