This is getting shady. Fleeing is not the answer.

Some investors in Bitcoin securities seem to be highly neurotic and impatient individuals unfortunately, most of them people who never invested in stocks before. This is a game where patience is biggest virtue.

Couldn't agree with you more. The silence has been broken. People should be feeling more at ease.

This thread is a little more civilised, so I'll ask the following questions:

1. Why will Neo not confirm if it has any actual products or customers (the website suggests otherwise)?
2. Why will it not confirm and validate it's finances?
3. Why given the extreme criticism in the other thread and suggestions that it's CEO has fled the country, is no-one stepping in from the firm to deny or disprove it.

The first two questions have been unanswered for some time, but the last issue which is new and seems initially outrageous must be addressed.

why not call neo & bee office and learn for your self if they left Cyprus. They are really helpful

I'd like to know more about the role of parliament and N&B's influence in setting up this framework. What services need more parliamentary involvement (ie Neo Exchange?) and how open-minded/responsive parliament is to each individual service.

If we do not get financial projections on time its no biggy, a first quarter report is due in a couple of days anyway.

".0035 ... straight off the bat"?  You should invest in Active Mining -- you'll triple your money "straight off the bat."

@bitpop:  That white stuff in bird shit?  That's birdshit too.

Well obviously it's under the assumption that Neo & Bee will be profitable - therein lies the risk. If I didn't think it had a chance at being profitable, I wouldn't have invested. I'd wager a higher chance of ROI on this than any of the mining shares though. The only people that profit out of those are the people who run them. But comparing NeoBee to mining shares is like comparing apples to oranges.

Right on! And even though I'm a big supported of NEO "Straight off the bat" is not a term I would use. Yes, we will receive 3.5mB before Danny receives a single penny in profits, but the first dividends (probably) wouldn't be that high. Perhaps in 9-12 months we would reach the threshold....but hey, in business an investment is considered good if you have your money back ($1 back for $1 invested) in a year. In a year, if we reach the threshold of 3.5mBTC we would have 1mBTC back for 1mBTC invested (if invested at 3.5mBTC which most people invested earlier) and if people want to cash out, then it would be 3.5mBTC per 3.5mBTC plus current stock price at the time....

I know that NEO & BEE would be profitable, the people are dedicated with a solid business plan and are the first company who are bringing Bitcoin to the masses

+1 Well put.

What percentage of dividend are you thinking of allocating towards buy backs?

Also, can you clarify how you plan on releasing the new shares, as the expansion plan comes in 2 stages- the arrival of the first KNC miner and later on the second.
Will all those who have pledged have an x percentage of shares released on the first batch, and the rest when the second one is shipped? Or will they all be realeased in one go from the shipment of the first order?

Re: Difficulty and market price...

Miners are individuals with long term bitcoin prospects. I don't think a short term bearish market on BTC price is enough disincentive to hang up their rather expensive hardware they invested in and waited for with their eyes on the prize. So for that reason I don't think that difficulty is lagging behind price.

Do you mean that the price of mining hardware is lagging behind difficulty? Profit and the secret to a self sustainable mining program seems to favour the early birds in pre-orders. And for these guys there seems to have been good return from their mining equipment. There is definitely the other side of the coin where late comers find themselves burnt.

I think the question is- where is this line of profitability? Will it favour the miners more once the hardware mining industry becomes more competitive?
