its gg, scam coin
Try to download the whitepaper or Philo page and my virus scanner goes ape chit.
Maybe you could both think about actually contributing something that provides any shred of credibility to your negative claims? How is it a scam? What virus scanner? What kind of virus? Are you sure you're not just high?
I never said this was a scam I only stated that my virus software goes ape chit. How is that a negative claim?
I use Opera and Iron browser. Mcafee and Malwarebytes both flag the download as dangerous. Why don't they post a .pdf instead of a dynamic .odf file?
I have been working on computers and in the industry since I had my C64 back in the early 80's. I could smoke an oz and still tear a computer down and put it back together faster then you could get your starbucks crapafrapasoyladdy there Skippy.
Post some updates, be active and professional if you don't want people calling this a scam. I have been a CTO in 3 startups and we would have NEVER let our public perception get this bad. And your response makes it look even worse.
I am holding my POLY coins to see what happens....
.
Allow me to further explain where I'm coming from. I don't frequent Starbucks, FWIW.

As a speculative miner who has been involved from very early on, I can only say that my experience with the loosely affiliated dev team, which is also running a popular and robust mining pool, has yet to do anything that would lead me to believe anything but their stated truest intent. I don't see the same "public perception" that you see, which is apparently based on your impression of what they lack in marketing savvy.
Admittedly, at the moment, if you're interested in the coin, you are currently probably just mining it (not trading). If you haven't mined it lately, it's going to be less likely that you're watching development all that closely, let's be honest. That's a problem I believe will work itself out over due time. By all signs, these guys are devs, not marketers. They do spend time with the mining community on Discord, and their support and altruism on their mining pool is sturdy as I've seen anywhere else. It's very early for this coin, and these guys clearly feel no pressure to do something they're not interested in pursuing. Right now, they're more interested in the tech than the trading aspects of the coin. Me too.
As point of fact, there is an interesting and still quiet effort they've made strides on that will setup POLY as a sort of currency that can be used to trade in masternode sharing services. Maybe that kind of thing doesn't interest you, and that's certainly cool. But, it's an interesting concept to me, and one that I believe will eventually see a track record of regular development. You can learn more if you're interested on their Discord channel - ask some questions, and you'll get better answers than what I can provide, I'm sure.
