liqui.io selectively scamming token holders

Hello

just a warning to all trading tokens on this exchange.

What happened::
I bought some TaaS tokens and withdrew them from the exchange to my wallet. They took the tokens but never sent them to me. They posted a fake TX (only input data but no tokens inside to be transferred)
Withdrawal request: http://imgur.com/a/dFTCw
TX link: https://etherscan.io/tx/0xea0c67fa876f93768a6e2738ed521b61bdc1409f03a2d6075ae4ac24a43df74e

As you can see the input data contains a transfer command to my wallet for 424.5 tokens but they never added the tokens to the contract as they would be visible in the TX.
Example of a valid token transfer: https://etherscan.io/tx/0xe3644edf01e903c97df4ad6c1d60f70980250f796d98c969b6a7427da339a6c7

I reported all my findings to them but they don't answer even when I see that they read my message (telegram). I also tried to call them but no answers for 2 days already.
I got reports of other people transferring the same token successfully so I guess they are selectively scamming in order to keep people on their exchange longer.

So be careful with dealing with this exchange! Well if you have coins/tokens on it there is nothing you can do anyway I just wish you luck.

My case is worst...

I am waiting a withdrawal in tether, (about 1000$) since day 2 of this month (and today is 25) and I have no explanation from Cryptsy.
Support just ask me for patience... More?

Cryptsy is a shit company, capable of that.

Today, if you use Tether, you can suffer the same... simply the system doesn not work, neither the support service.

Same problem different coin...

hashcows? try wafflepool.
Done that, they didnt like the idea...

Wafflepool is holding 45.5m MINTs that it can't get rid off. No wonder they don't like MINT Tongue

Really? Between the 11 and 10 BUY wall there is over 145,000,000 million Mint waiting to be bought. Explain how it is they can't get rid of it.

Yeah and they have a huge loss, since all the miners would get 4x less money (BTCs) than expected. Waffle was calculating that MINT is worth 40+ sat when it decided it is the most profitable coin to mine but before it managed to sell it the price dropped a lot.
That's the reason they are holding now and will dump it once it raises over certain threshold.

Those asking about minting I just got 110 coins from my first 10000 coins, which by calculations is correct. I had the wallet opened tho (no lag or anything on my 8 years old PC). The 10110 coins were put to stake part of the wallet till enough confirmations and then transferred back to normal balance.

Will report tomorrow how it goes when the wallet is closed.

Primecoin [XPM] - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Primecoin

The math involved with Primecoin's proof-of-work is fascinating, as there is no other coin like it.

I preffer XPM as well since it actually helps science a bit.

Datacoin uses Primecoin's proof-of-work...

I just keep all my wallets in DropBox (encrypted in case I get hacked). This way if my disk gets corrupted (it happened once and I lost my bitcoin wallet since i had no backup - luckily only 0.20btc) I just download it again. The second good thing is that I can put it easily on other computers as well.
