All I can say is that they will frustrate all your efforts. They are as greedy as greedy gets and they will do all in their power to retain your funds.
What i did was contact https://www.ecobansecurities.io/ they were able to get my funds out.

I have had the same issues and that's what brought me here. I had a well-funded account closed and their customer support were not forthcoming.
I've gone on their trust pilot account to complain but they have a lot of fake good reviews and Trustpilot keeps removing my reviews as well.
Eventually, I had someone in tech find out how to get my funds out.
