Glad to express that now we are on bitcointalk and this community people can reach us easily now.
Sounds good. I indeed have some questions, so it would be good if you could give us some insights.
CoinBene guarantees 100% security of users’ funds. CoinBene website went into maintenance mode on the 26th of March, 2019, to update certain security measures in the CoinBene Wallets. While this was happening, many users started getting anxious as the maintenance continued for a long period of time. The users suspected a hack and started to open baseless accusations without looking for a solution through CoinBene support. Users assets on Coinbene platform are 100% secure, our platform promises that if any any user asset will be lost, we will compensate 100%.
How do you guarantee that the funds on your exchange are safe? Could you go into more detail please? Is there a "Secure Asset Fund for Users" compared to what e.g. Binance is offering? If yes, I would be good if you could share some insight on this. In addition to that, I would like to know how you guarantee that the bounty participants are paid. Are you using an escrow, who is holding the campaign funds (e.g. TalkStar who is managing the campaign)? I am asking this because you registered your account about a week ago and your announcement thread was created yesterday.

Wait, what? You have offices in over 180 countries worldwide? Sounds little much to me lol. You must have thousands of employees. What do you need all this offices for (just for reference e.g. Binance has twelve offices)? Never heard of an exchange, which has an office in almost any country in the world. Do you have a proper licence in all these countries? I am asking this, because the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin, Germany) warned in 2019, that your exchange hasn't a proper German licence.
The Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), Germany's financial regulator, has issued a public warning about cryptocurrency exchange Coinbene LTD Deutschland on May 28.
The watchdog says that Coinbene LTD Deutschland has been recruiting freelance crypto traders who get paid on commission. BaFin states that since crypto assets are financial instruments, trading them requires authorization under Germany’s Banking Act, or Kreditwesengesetz (KWG).
BaFin states that Coinbene LTD Deutschland is not listed in Germany’s commercial register and has not obtained proper licensure for trading crypto assets as required by the KWG.

If not, are you still serving customers from Germany and how do you guarantee that their funds are safe, if you're legally not allowed to accept German customers at all.
Since this is your bounty thread, feel free to answer my questions in your announcement thread. Thanks in advance.

CoinBene does not have a German financial license because currently we don't make fiat deposit business in German. We don’t have German financial license, which does not affect user transactions.
