The only way to save gox is to return the money that was 'lost' back to its rightful owners. 
Thats pretty much it.  Theres nothing else to trust about the brand.

He showed payment proof, I guess to help clear yourself out you should post conversation logs as well as the product you delivered -- whatever it may be.

Unsure what it is but seems as if theres some sort of dispute between you too.  We obviously just heard one side without you stating yours.
Take this to the dispute area and then post your proofs.  

To my understanding, it was sold but I haven't seen it resurface in activity recently. 
It'll be interesting.  You might have to dig deep to find the owners or new owners.
