No, I'm not a moderator. Moderators have something next to their name that says "Moderator" or "Staff" or "Lamborghini".

I'd be pretty sure about it if I were you. I don't know what you got banned for, but my guess is that it was plagiarism and that's a permaban. Many people have appealed their bans, and there was only one person who got unbanned (Lone Shark), and he ended up with a DT negative from hilariousandco anyway.People who've been legitimately hacked and who provide proof of ownership can barely get their accounts restored, so there's about zero chance you're going to get unbanned. Just suck it up and move on in life--but you're not allowed to create any more accounts here. You're done with bitcointalk.
Actually I have a slight disappointment. If most of the cases as you say are not unban, So why leave us a clue about the appeal. Even, If we create a new account, it will be banned, and for this reason so I need to clarify that if I am permanently banned, my account (CoinMenZ) will also be banned or not. It was as if I was standing at a crossroads and did not know what to do, does not have any a comment response from email or at this topic from admin.
It was like being expelled without any chance of excuse, no chance. This is not fair for everyone

You should read some of the other threads in this section by people who were banned; that will give you some idea of how successful your appeal is likely to be.
I'm not a moderator or an admin but if there's no time/duration on the banned message/warning, then it's a "permanent ban" (forever and you are banned as a person [all of your accounts are affected]).
