2. action=.xml was totally disabled. I'm seeing some people request that it be reenabled, so I may bring it back up with stricter limits later.
Hi,
I was using xml feeds for my crypto news data aggregator. To be more precise, I was using 2 feeds (one for each of 2 subforums I'm interested in) and asking for data only once per 5 minutes per feed.
Taking xml feed down completely is a bit of drastic measure, it would be appreciated if you could bring it back (with whatever the limit you think is reasonable).

Real time altcoin news aggregator

The idea behind this project is to create a single place gathering all the news and buzz about altcoin projects in REAL TIME and therefore resolving issues of having to follow multiple sources or missing an important announcement.
CoinMonsta's audience:
day traders - following all the developments in real time, getting news as they happen, being able to capitalize on any breaking annoucements
hodlers - regularly checking what is going on with the project they are interested in, not having to go to multiple sources anymore
potential investors - researching altcoin projects using our feeds and links to projects' resources and team
Main feed view:

Currently https://coinmonsta.io supports 100+ altcoins.
It is aggregating data from the following sources:
twitter - official twitter accounts of altcoin projects as well as twitter accounts of developers
influencers - twitter accounts of altcoin traders
reddit - new threads in subreddits related to an altcoin project (usually official subreddit + trader subreddit)
bitcointalk - new posts in ann and speculation threads
tradingview - new ideas on tradingview.com
google alerts - not that useful as GA are heavily delayed
github - notifications about new commits

At the moment CoinMonsta has two main views:
main feed - aggregates news about all coins
coin feed - aggregates news about a particular coin + basic data about the project
Main feed is fully customizable in terms of what coins and sources should be displayed there via Settings (available after registration).
What's next
The first big milestone was to get CoinMonsta to support 100 coins which was achieved today. In the upcoming weeks we gonna focus on bugfixing and implementing features already requested by the community. In a longer time frame we will work on adding more coins and news sources.
