Денег в фонде много, хватит на много. За деньги и идет большая борьба.

Попробую прояснить картину. Хочу попросить баунтистов, которые в этой ветке будут набивать посты для подписной, отвечать на этот пост, тем самым он останеться в топе ветки.

Обязательно прочитать сообщение Ягуара. Кто плохо уловил смысл - пару раз.

Как уже ранее писал andme, ягуар - технарь, дев. Если вы давно следите за ним, то поймете - он никогда не писал подобного рода посты, вообще.
Он долго молчал, но его прорвало. Команде Nem dev core не нравится, как NEM FOundation (важно понимать, что Nem dev core и NEM FOundation - это разные организации/сущности. У них разные цели и т.д. NEM не равняется NEM FOundation) выполняет свою работу. Если быть точнее, они не выполняют свои прямые обязаности: катаются по конференциям, нет роадмап по катапульте (хотя nem core devs давно предоставили им данные, 6 мес назад), за 2 года наняли только 2х разработчиков и т.д. Почитайте статью выше от Ягуара.

Часть ру комьюнити очень удивилась. Как так, вроде новости есть, партнерства есть, а оказывается не все так гладко.

В декабре будут выборы нового состава NEM foundation, Миша Гранин записал вам обращение. После запуска регистрации началось самое интересное.
Для регистрации нужно пройти КУС и оплатить взнос 500ксем. Начались очень интересные движения средств в NEM explorer - один жирный кошелек отправляет мелкие переводы по 501 ксем. Короче говоря, в ход пошли махинации, в простонародье мы таких называем "Карусельщики".

Есть группа людей, которая занимается этим вопросом, результаты анализа вы увидите. Когда? - ближе к выборам. Уверен, там будут сюрпризы  

Первым, кого поймали на данной махинации был Nelson Valero, в простонародье Нэльсон-карусельщик. В данный момент он является членом NEM Fondation, к кому есть вопросы от core dev team

Нэльсон-карусельщик совершил через 1 кошелек 25 транзакций по 500 ксем. Сообщество обратило на это внимание: "Че за дела?"
В первый день ответ был "Я не имею к этому никакого отношения"
Ответ на второй день был кардинально другим, трогательным: "Я почувствовал ответственность за своих коллег из Филиппин. Там слишком низкие зарплаты, а они имеют право голоса. Я им со своего кармана дал денег". Нужно отдать должное - группа поддерки у него мощная, еще те гиены. Как набролись, давай его защищать. Заходите в нэмберию и читайте.

На следующий день ему опять предьявили, только на этот раз он сделал очень большую ошибку, пояснений он не дал до сих пор.

Если коротко, он сделал 4 регистрации со своих 4х кошельков. В статье пруф, как эти кошелька связаны, деньги ходят между ними и т.д.
Короче говоря, приватные ключи от этих кошелька у Нэльсона-карусельщика. А это означает, что он как минимум сделал 3 регистрации со своего кошелька, но с чужими КУС данными. Если в первом случае можно было отвертеться, то здесь он занял позицию - Молчание. Его гиены делают за него всю грязную работу, отбеливают Валерку.

"My budget for NA was only approved and dispersed in Late-Aug. I have hired Mark Price as a lead blockchain trainer consultant - which includes collaborating with our Center of Excellence team to create developer courses/workshops. I also hired the QChain team (~5 people) as business/technical consultants for technical writing, events, project management and marketing. All funds come from the allocated NEM NA budget. All are paid in USD and must fill out 1099/W-2 forms. I’m still waiting for payment for Q4 budget before I can hire devs and additional support."

Александру тоже прорвало, оказывается, ей NEM Foundation не выделяет денег, хотя у нее в команде есть разработчики, именно те люди, которых и просят NEM Core devs

Еще забавный факт появился во время анализа транзакций, было создано еще около 20-30 кошельков(голосов). Если пройтись по IN transaction, то можно прийти к кошельку, который принадлежит члену команды ProximaX, потому что на этот кошелек поступают выплаты в виде XPX с официального кошелька ProximaX Funds.

Знает ли об этом Лон Вонг? - Мы не знаем. Замешан ли он как-то в махинациях? - Мы не знаем.

Слухи (Выборы должны были пройти летом, но их отменили/перенесли. По какой причине? - Члены NEM Foundation их отменили/перенесли.)

Факты Текущие члены NEM FOundation понимают, что могут пролететь с этими выборами, потому пошли на такие грязные шаги.

Обращение Миши действительно очень важное. На этих выборах будет очень многое решаться.

We had a meeting with all 3 TB branches (JP, US and EU) last week in Tokyo. I try to share the latest news/details with you

✅COMSA development (tech):
COMSA development is still on track, work on the token swap mechanics have started and we are looking to enable it at end of 2018 / beginning of 2019.

✅COMSA sales:
TB JP is still not able to do japanese ICO's at the moment. Regulations are still unclear. However, technically the plattform is ready and once there are regulations JP team will start with supporting ICO's.

TB US established new partnerships for ICO's which will be held in 2018.

TB EU started with sales in June and so far is still aquiring customers from Switzerland aswell from other european countries. We will have an additional sales person starting August 1st in our Zug office.

✅Exchanges:
Currently we are working hard to get a listing on a major exchange done, since with the regulations from SEC side this takes more time than assumed. Its not as easy as just paying a fee and get listed.

We are also looking at what we call "mid-tier exchanges" at the moment. We consider paying the fee's for listing as it is the market standard nowadays.

✅TB EU situation:
Let me, as leader of EU office, give you some insights as why things don't move as fast as we all wanted:

We incorporated the company end of December 2017. But we struggled to find a bank which wanted to work with us and it took us until end of March 2018 to find a partner bank. Because of this fact it was nearly impossible to start any business before April 2018. Without a bankaccount you can't rent office space or hire employees, so the troubles with finding a bank kind of "paused" EU operations for 3-4 months.

We have an office space since April 2018 and began to hire more employees in the same month. Team is now at 6 members (including me). I know as an investor/customer it feels like its been months without news/announcements. The truth is that we as EU team were working on basic stuff to establish the company.

Because we are doing business in the crypto sector, we had some troubles first and had to rely on third parties, which took more time then we all wanted. (e.g. bank account and all the followup problems we explained above)

We lined up the Chronoswiss project between January and March and were happy to find a partner which allowed us to do a project while the office tasks were on hold. I know the project is not exactly what everybody was looking for, but for us it seemed like the better option then just doing nothing/waiting. We will also look foward to have other projects with Chronoswiss.

Background & Purpose
Since its establishment, Tech Bureau, Corp. has been raising  “the creation of the token economy” as its mission. The company  has worked to support the introduction of blockchain technologies into the businesses of numerous entities. It has done via the development of; mijin, a private blockchain software; Zaif, a Bitcoin and cryptocurrency exchange; and COSMA, a one-stop platform which supports corporate fundraising through ICOs and the asset tokenizations. In which was it positioned 2018 as a critical year for earnestly commercializing the blockchain, set against the backcloth of its open-source publication of mijin v.2(catapult) and its steps to proactively introduce new services such as cloud-based BaaS* and such. Regarding to COMSA, a one-stop ICO platform, in accordance with the aforementioned spinoffs,  it has been decided to separate the domestic solutions business from the software business. Tech Bureau Holdings, Corp. will take over the responsibility of the software business from Tech Bureau, Corp.. Due to the spinoffs, Tech Bureau Holdings, Corp. shall be concentrating on both COMSA CORE and COMSA HUB software development assets, and any other related activities.In addition, it is planned that the preparations required for the realization of a one-stop ICO platform shall be promoted.

On the other hand, in terms of the domestic solutions business (e.g. ICO consultation, token publication and sales, etc.), will be continued with a cooperation with Tech Bureau Holdings, Corp.. In order to conduct these solution businesses properly and legally,  it is demanded that systems be put in place that allow for both business activities and customer protection to be conducted with the existing legal requirements regarding financial settlements, concerning both the legal positioning and self-imposed regulations that exist regarding tokens issued via ICO, and these topics are still under a debate throughout the industry.
