Maybe i`m mistaking the terms , but so far i have figured out that.
Taking your example for 43% and your estimate of 40mil shares on your pool .
43% from 40mil = ~17mil shares . On NOMP if there is 20mil shares on the found block then yes , they will be paid more (as normal) . But if miners leave on the 17th mil share and until block there is another 50 million shares the first 17mil will cost less than original (which is normal too since the block will be split between 67mil shares in the second example and between 20mil shares on the first example) .
PPLNS are for big pools and such . So far we are struggling with our first block

We launched on 28.02.2015 a new NOMP setup pool since we are tired of jumping here and there . Its kinda a lottery one (but with higher chance) since its new and doesn't have much speed yet .
Pool: Drakyla Miracle Pool (It will be a miracle at the moment with 22-23TH constant if we find a block) (Later on if we grow it probably be changed to something more serious)

Thanks for posting, and good luck!
Before I add you to the list, can you:
1. Confirm that you'll be paying out transaction fees to miners, and
2. Confirm that you really want to use a proportional reward method, given that such a reward method could cause problems for you and your miners.
I think when a block is found the script itself (NoMP) split it between the shares (Prop) so i`m guessing the fees will be split too.
As for the PROP method it will stay like this . After all we are against 350PH .. its normal miners with higher rate to take higher % of the block (if found).

That re-target time is the problem. When working correctly that person with the 80 blocks mine would have gotten only 10-15 (2 min per block) and now we was going to be on block 50-80 max .

how the hell we can mine nova scrypt? it writes nowhere?
The pool operators (me included) waiting for the dev to release the wallets before we open the ports for mining .
Solidsmart there is plenty of pools already (just not with wallets up and ready yet)

Closed the port to that coin on http://coinhash.eu so that all miners to receive dead pool and auto switch to their second one (if they have set it that is) .
As soon there is resolution will enable it again .

Wrote to the dev to check maybe it blocked submit block on the nodes by mistake.
Waiting on response .
There is 15 blocks mined .. so supposedly it works .. the question is why it doesn't from our side .

I know its annoying (especially when i see 1 person trying to mine) but there is not much i can do.
Will try to mine to the windows wallet . If doesn't happens there too will shutdown that port so the person to stop losing hash power and auto-switch to his second pool .
Other than this i dont see any other option what to do .
