What value proposition does EACOIN have over bitcoin or ether?  Why not use these currencies in Eastern Africa instead?  Huh

What? Someone actually bought these?  Is there any crypto solution for this kind of transfer? Seems to be a big issue with cyptos, how would you verify a transaction like this?  Or if you bought something using crypto and didn't get it, how would you get a refund?
