This is most likely a lie. I cancelled the bounty campaign.
They did not contact me about this. No distribution spreadsheet has been sent.

I smelled scam when it started dropping, I looked up the names and could see it was a scam, shortly after tried pumping with a yobit exchange tweet. Called them out as a scam. Also why did they have sylon post for them what is that about? Their telegram channel was locked also. Many red flags
IoP (Internet of People) coin looks to be at its lowest since it started and it should see a 70-100x hike some day in the near future when pumpers enter the markets and boom it hard. It used to be between 0.001 - 0.005 btc and is currently very low atm, current price is fluctuating between 0.0001 - 0.0002 which is dirt cheap compared to where it was.
DId you get in this ? A week and half later it pumped hard.

Almost positive this is a scam only lost 150usd but still sucks. The web developer is a real person , someone should contact him, couldnt find info on some others. ALso why is it that someone posted the intro and not the team? Whats up with that?

But of course no one addresses the questions about slack closing, peoples coins disappearing, and the lead going to OXYcoin who already did a sleazy moving dumping their Ark before hand. They probably doing the manipulation with Rise also.
As far as I know the slack is not closed. I'm still in the slack and can see other people conversing there as well. It has been infected with phishing messages lately, but a lot of slack channels are now.
As for your second point; I was one of the people whose coins 'disappeared' in the swap a couple of months ago (you can see my older messages in this thread as proof). They actually did not disappear, but were stuck on the old network. The team set up a verification system for this and after sending in a ticket and following instructions, I received my balance back in a new account on the new network.
I can't speak on the dev leaving. I haven't heard/seen of that. But in my opinion, people are allowed to change jobs whenever they like. Doesn't mean anything on the face of it.
I'm not saying everything is all cool with the project/coin, because I don't have in-depth knowledge about what's going on inside the team. But I do have answers to 2/3 of your questions that might help you put some things in perspective

NOt creating FUD asking questions . Of course its only FUD if the questions dont benefit the truth! I had a large investment in rise and started seeing all these red flags popping up about peoples coin disaperring from their wallet and no response from support. I saw the slack channel is gone which is a huge red flag because thats where everyone was talking about the dev going to oxycoin and not being able to support two projects. Not addressing anything mentioned in the newsletter or twitter.
Those are all FACTS! So show me where thats FUD!
yes i did create this account to find out what the hell is going on! I sold my rise at a loss before it tanked even further since this is reeking of scam.

Is the SLack chat gone? It says token invalid. Also people on twitter saying they have missing coins and no support, price tanking . This sucks
