my small 430Ghash farm (rebuilt at weekend - will tidy cables this weekend)

http://ukminers.co.uk/download/file.php?id=6

For the number of devices that is probably the worst cable hell I have seen.  You need some twist ties bad Tongue

Al fun and games until one of those cables gets snagged in a fan, yanks the whole setup to the floor, and they all get destroyed.

Re: WTS - Income Property 5plex, what is the best method
by

I have a property that is worth about 200k.   I want to sell it, and I will accept somewhere between 160K and 200K for it.

What is the best way to sell this?

Questions;

Can I put a reserve on my auction, or start the bid at a certain amount?   For example, "Bidding starts at 292 BTC"

What is the safest way for both the buyer and seller to make the transaction (see my poll)?

Have you ever sold real property or anything of significant value for crypto?  What was the results?

Ive put my heart and soul into this project.  It is a great income property making over $2000 per month gross.  Low overhead, high income, great tenants.  I just want to acquire more crypto and this is my best avenue.

Thanks in advance!

Most places wont recognize the sale of a property for crypto.  May have to sell for 1.00, plus bitcoin to cover the rest, to make it legal.

Great branding name, easy to remember. Seems to get some amount of direct type in traffic, probably type-os of BitCoin.

Good luck, and if you're in doubt, just sit on it. I agree, it is worth low xx,xxx to an end-user (which could be anyone in the bitcoin sphere).

Thanks

Them buy it for 9500, and make a quick couple grand if you are so confident.  Money where mouth is. Site is worth shit.

I am not an end user, and have no need for it. Somehow who does, would easily pay 10K.

Never.  You are out of your mind.

And you won't be seeing 5 figures for this shitty ass domain either. I'm sure behind your false wall of optimism lies a wall of reality. Which you seem to be steering away from. Don't blame you, these small pity insults make you seem of a lower filth class anyways. And your attempt to sound like you have a bit of intellect in that 3rd statement came out awfully, try and rethink that while this domain sits around.

Usually I don't like to comment on "wisdom" of mental retards like yourself. Go and see a psychologist.
And stay away from this thread, it's my sales thread. Your derogatory comments will be reported and if you keep onto it, I am sure mods will soon kick your dirty ass out of here.

Its an opinion on your sale.  It is allowed.

You are the one being ignorant.

The download isn't the problem, its the time it takes your computer to process the information from the download.  You can download the blockchain from a torrent file, and have it pretty quick.  Your computer has to process all that info still.....and it can take over a day. a lot of the time.
Ouch, 20gb of processing, you need to have some killer pc for that to be done quickly

It not like processing a movie, or a picture.  The cpu has to process the numbers, and it takes a long long time.  Try it, before you get all sarcastic.

Why wouldn't he get 1:1, or close to it?

If he has the receipt, its not a huge deal, actually.

It's fiat but not really. Just like paypal. Gotta load a card or paypal then withdraw it or just spend it as is. The point is there are fees associated with it compared to going straight cash. You know?

3.00 ATM fee.  or 0.00 if you just spent it off the card.

Petty?

Okay. Time to address the compensation issue. I missed 2 early MLB bets because of the downtime. One would have won, the other would have lost. However, I would have netted a profit of .46 BTC.

This is on you.

Agree. Now I'm missing my third bet of the day, and the one I wanted the most.

Ridiculous that some people can access, but the majority cannot.

I'm sorry it's taking so long; the site's still not up for everyone. Right now, it's nothing to worry about. It should be completely accessible in the next few hours. Thanks for your patience!

Site down?  Can not access....

Google Chrome could not load the webpage because nitrogensports.eu took too long to respond. The website may be down, or you may be experiencing issues with your Internet connection.

Hey there; the site's still not up for everyone - it seems to be coming up in stages by geographical region. Right now, it's nothing to worry about; I imagine it should be completely accessible in the next few hours.

Thanks for your patience!

Just in time for me to not get my USA bets in.....grrrr.

Thanks for the reply at least

Yes i forgot to mention ESCROW, of course i will accept this method, sorry if i mislead anyone.

Im based in the UK so ill cover postage to mainland uk, anywhere else and ill have to charge a fee to cover P&P.

I also forgot to say that i will package the item well to ensure safe transit.

The price is based on how much the console and extras are worth in the UK at the moment.

If they sell for over 600.00 USD in the UK right now, I am going to WalMart right this moment and buying everyone they have in stock, and almost doubling my money.
