After making a post, at which point is it best to have upvotes start coming in? My idea is to have around 5 upvotes per hour instead of 50 coming in all at once. What do you guys think?

This sound's interesting. I think this is a safe approach which makes it look like you are getting organic upvotes.

Yeah I've read a couple of posts saying their accounts got banned for having unrealistic amounts of upvotes without any other interaction or comments.

Re: 10x below coins good to invest?

I think the best choices to potentially yield 5-10x profits are ICOs. Have you guys heard of Menlo One and WePower? People in different forums have been discussing about these 2 projects which got me interested. I've also seen youtube videos of these projects and they really seem legit. Also, their ratings in sites like icobench and icorating are very high.. Any inputs about them?

Re: Token goes down. Wait or sell?
by

Did you do proper research or did you just jump in because the bandwagon hyped you into doing so? Does the token have intrinsic value to your understanding or do you not understand how the token will be of use to anyone at all? Conclusion: stay away from what you don't understand. Sell if you don't know anything or don't trust the project...

Thankfully, Menlo One will be launching its decentralized ICO marketplace soon. With its help, even newbie investors won't get lost in terms of doing research since it incentives honest reviews & contributions from the community and penalizes fake ones who just want to create some hype.

Re: Do you still believe in bounties and Cryptocurrency?

bounties and ICOs have had rough times lately since they have been mixed up with scams and just plain bad projects. On the ICO side, I really hope that menlo one will be the answer to what us small-time investors have been waiting for. It's been mentioned alot here, but it seems that their token sale is not yet live.

I commonly stay away with ICO's but when I see and learn about this project. I immediately invested on it. The one thing that have moved me is that they are aiming to end the rise of fake ICO's and scam coin by creating communities of expert to be able to create a decentralized review of all upcoming tokens. With this, the risk of people getting scammed would be lessen. BTW, here's there website. www.menlo.one

That depends if a certain token has intrinsic value. I believe that Aitheon and Menlo One are ICOs that will soon get mass adoption & grow exponentially. I saw this interview video of Menlo One's CEO by Korean Jew Trading https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rw1QBpBYE6o it seems like a brilliant idea.

Re: A bloody day! Should I invest in virtual currency?

I keep buying Ethereum every payday, but not sure if this is a good move. I'm just trying to hold as much  Eth as I can so I can invest in upcoming ICOs such as Aitheon or Menlo One. I think both of which have excellent fundamentals and aren't just made for a quick pump & dump. Has anyone heard of these projects? If so, any insights as to which one is the best choice for a long term investment?

I've already suggested that they support more coins such as Doge and Waves. Not even sure why we need to make suggestions when they can automatically add these coins at their own discretion. Giving them the benefit of the doubt since it's only been 3 months + since their launch.

Re: Is Bitcoin a good idea?
by

Bitcoin hit an intermediate-term bottom during the SEC and CFTC hearing. If you’re new to cryptocurrencies, the volatility can be unnerving. But keep in mind it’s normal as the industry goes. This was the 13th decline of 30% or more in the last five years.

Now is a great time to buy bitcoin. It’s trading close to its 200-day moving average, which has historically been a good buy point.

yes, I think bitcoin is a good idea. when the price is low , you prefer to buy it. you will get a lot profit when the price is high. because it is long term investment.

Can we really be sure that current price is the bottom? Can we also tell if price will be up by the end of the year? I believe in it, but being hyped for the wrong reasons is another thing..

Blockchain is the best system to keep authentic data and keep it safe from manipulation and corruption. Soon, I think that all kinds of businesses will operate using this technology and they will run more efficiently.

Honestly, even if govts ban Bitcoin, people will still find a way to make use of it. They may be able to lessen its users, but not totally kill it.

Re: Bitcoin is forbidden for Muslims
by

Under current regulations or what they call 'fatwa', even though bitcoin is considered the currency of the future and part of technological development, bitcoin cannot be separated from one of the elements that can make it forbidden to use. The element is uncertainty. Bitcoin is considered to have this element because the price is so volatile that people like gambling when buying and selling bitcoins, and gambling was forbidden for muslims. how do you think about this?

Even jobs, property, holding stocks have their own uncertainties.. I don't see why Bitcoin is any different?

Re: When do you think the market will recover and get back on Green??
by

I think it depends on 2 factors: Chinese New Year and USA Stock Exchange crisis. My forecast - the end of February.

I think it may extend way beyond Feb until we clear things up regarding the regulation of cryptocurrencies. not sure but isnt that the big issue at the moment?

Lets all punish the Exchanges so they dont earn money from us. They make alot of money from us. I personally saw them roll down the price, within 5minutes price went down from $11600 to $7000. What do you guys suggest we do?

next time, try to do some more research rather than making yourself look like an ***. exchanges don't control prices, institutions/whales do.

Thanks. I have asked because I'm planning to integrate paybear's api to to my website. And I'm wondering, are there any 'dummy' information I can use at checkout to simulate a normal one for testing purposes?

I'm curious if there are any Paybear staff that are active in these forums as well.. I think it would be nice to get some answers directly from them.  Smiley

Its been a long time since I have checked this thread and no staff has arrived to answer any concerns of their services. You might just go directly to paybear's telegram or twitter account to clarify any queries you have in mind. BTW, what's your question I might be able to help you?

had the same thoughts since it would be advantageous for marketers or staff to be involved with people in these forums.  Wink Anyhow, It's good for them to have supporters here at least.  Grin

I agree that there is no need to panic if you have a plan. Every investor has every reason to be cautious though since this may not be Bitcoin's year with all the news about regulation attempts in the global scale. We should be careful although still possible to invest gradually with small amounts.

by

I actually hope Bitcoin will remain steady in current levels until it has found a solution to its congestion issue through the lightning network... I don't see any reason why Bitcoin should rise further when the demand for it is clearly not that high anymore.

Cutting a 50% loss is too much.. Instead, just forget about that trade and focus on another opportunity for now.. You can check on it from time to time in case price has improved.

As long as we post it in the appropriate section, I don't see any issues with it. As mentioned, the news he was referring to was true and he was merely expressing his concern.

by

I agree $50 is just far too small an amount to invest.. Most of it will just be eaten up with the transaction fees. I would suggest saving around $300-500 before buying a coin.

Re: How to motivate a person to work?
by

on 19/01/2018, 17:25:08 UTC
Motivating people to work can be costly, yet worth it for you and the employee. You could conduct monthly awarding sessions at the office, monthly performance bonuses and incentives. I'm sure those will get people to strive hard everyday at work.
