You are right, they will become popular if the coin will be listed in large exchanges. But it needs to have a lot of budget because listed in those exchanges is really expensive.

I read the whitepaper and this project has a long time perspective, they've planned until 2023, so I don't think that you have to rush in maching some judgments based on fear

In my opinion,it's really simple. From ur own personal analysis and facts asessments, you can either keep them - hoping the price will go up soon , or dump them for the current one.

If they are doing such a coordinated action,a big amount of coins are going to be on hold and the price will stay stable, until they start re-selling on the market.
