Is a security plan outlined? have previous bugs/problems been resolved? And for sure check code open source with activity in GitHub or not. and of course solution. Ask myself: is the problem real and the solution feasible?"

I think in this realm the determening factors is hype and kind of a trend. That's all. In 2017 there was no difference between good and not very good project. Everything grew without any fundamental facts.

What do you think about ETH? As for me,  dev team have a lot of future plans and if they really start to develop blockchain. It will be really useful project with  smart contracts, included a lot of great projects. So I guess everybody  should invest in ETH.
