Because I read that multiple times: A whale incentive programm isn't something you code in a week. You need to plan, get big money in, have lots of connections. If you look at SYNC, the entire coin is built around it (supply, interest, and so on). But SYNC is not made to be used as a currency. I really like APEX and the way they're headed, but I dont think that's the direction APEX should go just because SYNC has a huge rise atm.
In my opinion, APEX should focus a lot on two things: their community and real usability as a currency.More community means more ideas for the coin, and more votes which result in better thought decisions. I just read about SFR including a tweet box, data feeds from crypto-currency exchanges and a IRC client (which we already have, and I like it

) built in their wallet, maybe add things like those too? And we're a little small for now, but maybe build reddit and include some access via the wallet?
In terms of usability, maybe work towards a mobile wallet?
Also, is this still POW-POS hybrid? We could include multi-alg, fits the flexibility aspect very well.
