How many do you have?  JimJam's offer looks good to me, since that is about what I would offer.

I had sent you a PM but you might not have seen it yet.  How much do you want for each miner and how much is shipping to the US?

Thanks

This is the same response that I posted to the last person that said that they has ztex boards.

I believe that several of us on the forum would like to purchase some of this equipment.  Unfortunately, scammers are a way of life for the crypto community and so trying to perform some due diligence is critical.  Do you have dated, photo proof that you have the equipment?  Do you accept Paypal?  If you accept crypto, what crypto and do you accept escrow?

Is the equipment is currently running or have you seen it work?  What is its condition and where are you shipping from?

Thanks for your time.

I am glad that CK is still running this pool since I am a small power-conservative miner and this pool is small-miner friendly.  I am hoping to pick up some more sidehack equipment but I haven't yet.

Thanks for your service!

Test it, it looks to fit but others haven't had theirs work.

Sorry, I don't have an Acorn yet but I wanted to see if I could use an adapter if I bought an Acorn.  I had read multiple pages back that someone asked the question but I didn't see a reply and I find  the Discord page virtually impossible to read for more then a few minutes.  I might have to play with screen settings or something but it looks like a jumble of dense text and not a readable narrative.

Did anyone conclusively indicate that a USB 3 to NVMe adapter would work or not?  This adapter,  MyDigitalSSD M2X external USB 3.1 Gen 2 M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD enclosure adapter is listed as a 2 lane PCIe bridge chipset.  I understand that the Acorn uses 4 lanes so if this worked then it would be with degraded performance.

I would like to use a Acorn in standalone mode but I don't want to buy a new motherboard to support it and I don't have a free PCIe slot for the daughter card.

Hi there,
you've probably not misunderstood anything but forgot some important things:
a) it's not possible to order it now and there is not any date it will be again
b) they calculate 50usd for 1pcs as a shipping
c) I've paid 21% import VAT in EU
d) it's assembled and it's with this cooler

(179 + 50) * 21%...

And yes there are my very small extra money (maybe cos it's nice machine and it's sold-out?).

Feel free to ask any other questions.

tw0rak

Thanks for the clarification!  It helps to see how someone prices something and what additional factors go into that.  It is more money then I wanted to spend but it seems reasonable as you have explained it.

I apologize if I have misunderstood something but the Blackminer F1 mini is available from hashaltcoin for $179 without PS or cooler.  Is your quoted price of $300 a single piece or multiple pieces since that seems high for a single unit and cooler.

⭐ Merited by BlueDragon747 (3)
Wired published an article about using blockchains and cryptocurrecnies in purchasing in-game assets.  I pointed that BlueDragon has been working on that for over 5 years and the link to Blakezone and to this forum thread.

The article is probably paywalled but it currently here https://www.wired.com/story/blockchain-turning-in-app-virtual-goods-assets/  I hate paywalls but I get Wired for work.

Re: Now that usb sticks are being sold by sidehack here is a new usb hub thread.

So they were badly made. Pull that fuse and put in a 20 amp. As they tended to melt.

Asicminer built them.  I owned 128 sticks and could run about 40 on three hubs for a total of 120 sticks.

You can pull 1.1 amps on a port if you run about 15 sticks on the hub.

As always, your posts are very useful.  Thanks!

yes it should do, you could even change the fuse if you wanted to.....for the new 50A boards you can check them out here:

https://www.eyeboot.com/block-erupter-49-port-usb.html

I really appreciate your time and information!  Do you think that the Version 1 Red Boards would safely accept a 50A fuse?

Let me have a think....Red board is one of the originals from first batch! Thus is uses the 25A as 0.5 amps per port was all the block erupters needed.
Newer boards have 50A built in fuse now.

Thanks for the information!  Will the board allow for higher wattage per port if the total power drawn is below the 25A?

5 brand new 8 slot boards $100 OBO version 1's I think I never used them. About 6mo old just sitting on the shelf.

I suggest you grab everything now. Also have all the CPU's ssd's ram MoBos etc. Just make an offer. I probably won't refuse. Don't really want to deal with the hassle of listing it all. But once I do the prices will be market prices since I'll actually have to work lol.

Do you know what brand of motherboards that you have?  I might be interested in a couple with CPUs/RAM/SSD if I know what kind they are.

Thanks for your time.

New from Baikal is $399, of course customs and delays and wire transfer fees add in there but perhaps you are asking too high of a premium to be able to ship instantly
