no this is not a joke, since most parts of the code are done from scratch, and CRD 2.0 will not be just another clone, that was unexpected to bump into so many issues, have to think if you want an insecure non working buggy CRD 2.0 or a working version, where you can safely buy and trade and do what is needed, we do not wan another GOX, VICUREX or what happened to all the other exchanges, so we need to make it safe and secure, in the meanwhile we can also work on spreading the word more and also do more giveaways.

Update - We have encountered more then 130 Bugs and Security issues with Credits CRD Wallet version 2.0 due to that we need to push back the release, our current estimate/planned New Roadmap is

Early/Mid January 2015 we will release the first public beta Client: In that time people will be able to test and report bugs and issues we might have missed.

End of February we are planning to release the final client 2.0 for Credits CRD, that is if there will be no other serious issues be encountered.

well roughly explained what happens is that part of the sell/buy transactions will be done via the CRD blockchain, and unless both sides go trough the sell/buy transaction will not happen, once that went trough, those will be taken from the individual currency and then will be transferred to the individual user. i hope that makes it roughly understandable what the version 2.0 the exchange will be able to provide.

I have no problems with the client i have 3 connections right now for the the moment. check if you are running multiple clients (other wallets) maybe and they use maybe the same ports. that would be the reason why you are having that problem.

we had a  few people asking how the FIAT part will work, and how this will work with a decentralized exchange.
The answer to this is fairly easy, it will be working with Credit Cards/Prepaid Cards, unfortunately it will not be possible to do this anonymously in every country, since it depends on the individual country's law

we can roughly explain how the decentralized exchange will work, it will be based on the blockchain, and it will be also running independently we will have master nodes, and also other people will be able to make master nodes, the user will have multiple options with other currencies, i.e. to import their priv. key and all will be stored in a separate wallet for each currency, hence it will be not possible to hijack the CRD blockchain and steal coins from every individual user, since the coins will be locally stored on the users computer, so even in the worst case scenario what can happen is that the users computer is insecure or better say hijacked or infected with a trojan or virus, and the hacker has direct access to the users computer and only in that case the attacker will be able to steal the coins if the user has not password protected the wallet, of the individual currencies. unfortunately that is nothing we can avoid, but if ones computer is compromised, it is not our responsibility.
so the exchange will be integrated in the wallet and is a core base of the whole code/wallet. and not just a web based thing which is like lets say a simple html website like lets say mcxnnow, because that is exactly what we are working against, to completely avoid this situation.

About the exchange nodes, there will be fail saves to completely avoid that, aside from that the exchange system core will not enable an option
to exactly do that, in other words even if they take over all nodes, there will not be a possibility to actually take the coins away from individual users.

Yes the market place was not mentioned till now, one of the reasons is because we are not good at marketing lol, the other one is we planned to mention that at a later time, aside from the market there will be some more unique and innovative functions which will change the Crypto world in many ways.


Yes we understand that it would be the best way to make the src. closed for at least 6months or more, it might be the best solution to ask the community and the investors about this. And FUD is always to be expected no matter what the case is, that is what we think. People will always have something to complain about and some reason to do so, or at least find one or make some up.


Current CRD price is way to undervalued and we are expecting the regular minimum price per CRD to be ~0.001 BTC minimum.

the plan was to spread it in 50 Countries in each country to spread at least 10000 paper wallets, and each wallet having 30 CRD, the point and reason was and is for this to get new people into Crypto, in other words the average joe, our plan is to make those paper wallets and let users distribute them and make a video and upload it on for example youtube, all users will be compensated in CRD, in other words, you could distribute in your city if you like 1000 CRD paper wallets with each having an amount of 30 CRD we would like to get the world into crypto, it is not only about people trading the currency but we are planning and hoping that more and more people will start to use it in everyday life. And to make sure that the paper wallets will not be just tossed away and not used, we would put an expire date on those paper wallets, of maybe 3months so if they are not redeemed within that time, they come back to us for redistribution.

Hi and first of all thank you for the interest, yes we are still on schedule, and sorry for the late reply, as you can guess we are very busy working on 2.0 there is still things to do, and we need to make sure that everything works fine and perfect and also we need to make sure that there are no security holes. Exact details on how the blockchain will work we are not ready yet to share unfortunately, but all the mined Credits CRD will be used by default and there is no magic to be done from the user side to use the 2.0 wallet. Most likely the release date for 2.0 will be at the end of september, that is if we do not encounter any problems till then. releasing an alpha is something what we have considered but did not decide yet to do so.

the wallet will not be web based, but depending on the blockchain completely and it will be decentralized, and we will have an option for users to set up exchange nodes. those will be paid monthly by uptime and will be paid by the trading fee's , also there will be a lottery, details about it are, that there will be multiple lotteries, like a daily lottery, a weekly one and also a monthly lottery, where in every case a different minimum amount will need to be put into. There will be also a merchant place in the wallet where shops will be able to sell their products and also there will be a possibility for merchants to do lotteries with products for example like their ASIC hardware or other things to, you will be able to sort things there as you wish. Once the last blocks are mined, the transactions will have a new way of getting confirmed we can at this point not disclose that either. We have been thinking about keeping the Source code private for the while till Credits CRD gets established and widely known and accepted but we have not decided on this either at this point, because we are 100%  confident that people will be mistrusting CRD then and rumors will come up like 2.0 has a virus or is stealing passwords or coins or anything like that, so at this point we think there might be no way around releasing the src code on the same day as the client.

EDIT: We are planing to put the premine to a good use, please see the bounty section, the 1st one, that is what we need for now, and once that is done we will be making paper wallets for distribution world wide, for now we are planning ~50 Countries world wide 10000 paper wallets each containing ~30CRD so that is 50*10k*30CRD. the distribution will be done by the people and they will be rewarded.
