The automatic payout doesn't work on my account. The "ready for payout" increases every day, but nothing happens.

Payouts have changed recently (check a few pages back) they are now done daily for balances over 0.01 and weekly for smaller.
Thanks Terk for managing the pool so well! Loving it let's just hope profitability for scrypt increases globally soon!
Had quick suggestion on some additional stats (or really just a different /additional visualization) that could be added
One of the good things http://Middlecoin.com does is the broken line combined with filled broken line display over time graph.
I pretty much have to refresh my cleverstats a few times a day and graph the immature/unexchanged/ready if I want to see it like this.
I find it nice to read the numbers that way and just think it could be relatively easy for your site that's already very good!
Either way just a suggestion I love those stats and all manners of visualizing them

So, let's take a step back...
If you add up the hash rate of middlecoin, wafflepool and clevermining, that's about 60 Gh/s give or take the odd 5. There's other coin switching pools with or without direct BTC conversion and I'm sure some of them are significant, but hey-ho, you get my drift.
On the other hand, we have litecoin and dogecoin which might be around the 200 Gh/s mark. *Crucially*, everything else feathercoin, worldcoin et. al are down at the 5Gh/s or so level.
So, here we all are. Moaning about the BTC/Mh/Day. Haven't we caused the problem. Collectively?
The profits are down because several of coin switching algorithms are all doing similar things (see poolpicker for FACTUAL evidence), the OPs can't create profit because the profit isn't there. The profit isn't there because (a) the pools are too big to hit the small coins and therefore (b) there's a requirement to convert whatever there is to BTC - and that requires someone to actually want piles of crapcoins nobody wants. Am I missing something here ?
I can imagine that people with 100's of BTC from the early days want to diversify, which drove things for a while. but there has to be a limit doesn't there ??
It is noticeable that H20 has been carrying 200 BTC of uselessness for ages on middlecoin - so even his back door trades have dried up. We are lucky, we have an organised and transparent OP, but the guy can't create money out of nothing. If there is no demand not much we can do...
Or...Is it all down to thousands of gridseeds coming online ? The litecoin hashrate keeps going up and I can't believe it's all down to AMD selling loads of 290s..
So what do you think ? Is the current profitablity just a blip, or have the big coin switching pools simply forced us to accept what we all know. CrapCoins are crap

This is dead on. Multipool mining enjoyed a very short window of life, but was/is so successful that it's going to kill itself. Evidence?
60Gh pointed on and off on LTC the last few days made for a huge increase. Sure enough as soon as the difficulty skyrocketed the multi pools dropped off and there is a 20% drop expected next change. If the multi pool market does die, LTC is will get hard as hell to mine. 60GH would add around 60% more hash to the total network, and the Dif will skyrocket. All these crap coins can't handle going from 60Gh to 5megahash in seconds. Multipool kills coins.
Crap coins are crap, everyone knows it, but crypto seems to have this massive "emperor has new clothes" effect. Everyone wants in on crapcoins early, so they can pump and dump to BTC. Who really is going to want to use Ketteh coins? BTC (and hopefully LTC) will survive, just because of the market forces behind them. (And maybe Doge, but honestly, it started as a joke, and you can candy coat it all you want, but it's still a joke.)
This has really been on my mind quite a bit recently as it really feels as if we are shooting ourselves in the foot! I don't know what the solution is though and what we need to watch for to establish wether or not profits will ever increase again.
It's already getting VERY close (few less BTC/Mh/Day) will mean power consumption vs. BTC earned will make this unprofitable and I really wonder if we will ever see an increase or if we are in the last vestiges of mining...
I sure hope not! Please someone give us hope lol.

I think Clevermining is a great service, and I mine here over the others because Terk really seems to give a shit.

Profitability is a bit low today, just worry that maybe the popularity is squeezing the profits? aAlways wondered if there is a sweet spot in terms of hashrate and users, could the influx of miners be causing the lower profits or just a slow day?

I suppose some people may ask why mine here? My answer is simple. The operator of this pool provides the best and quickest amount of information I've encountered to date. He earned my patience and trust during the first week I started here. That and my profits here have been better than any other pool I've mined with, hands down. Naturally, results for other people may vary. It's all individual.

It does bring me back to an earlier question as to wether or not it's a good or bad thing for the pool you are in to have a high hash rate after a certain point? Just not even sure if I should be spreading the word or keeping my mouth shut

EDIT: Payout on CM is much better than MC for the last week. Was testing the waters and am going to stay
So in the interest of perhaps changing the subject off the reject rates (last couple hundred posts!) I was wondering something about pools in general.
The more Hash Power your pool has (for example CM has just gone from 1Gh earlier this week to 6Gh today) does it increase the overall profits for the miners within the pool.
I actually have no idea how the overall effect of having so much more hash power would have on your individual miners as whole...does it even make a difference after a certain point? Maybe someone can edumacate me on this considering this is probably the fastest growing pool right now I just wonder if we should applaud more users/bigger pool/ high hash or rather keep it quiet and hope it doesn't get to big?

Well I for one am VERY happy. Yes ok fine the rejects are a bit high but my reject graph has been up and down precisely when Terk said it would be, as things were being worked on and continue to be worked on.
Again you can use the other pools but I seriously doubt you'll have as motivated and forthcoming of a "Pool Boss" <--I want to coin this term!
I only carry a measly 2Mh/s or so but I can speak on behalf on a good chunk of the middlecoin guys that the communication makes all the difference and over the long run it's pretty clear that this is the best choice!
I made precisely what he said I would make, even with high rejects...so imagine how good things will be once Terk can balance the 4000 Mh/S that all of a sudden jumped into his pool. Growing pains to be expected but love getting in at the ground floor.

Terk: will you be displaying the current coin being mined anywhere or are you going to keep it secret for competitive purposes?

Great Pool! Switched after some time at MC and much prefer it and the "management" keep it strong you are getting TONS of MH/s leaving other more shady outfits. CleverCoin is about to explode
