1 gram per CANN seems to be the easiest to remember and allows for the long term growth of the coin as well.
Ultimately, this decision should be made by the CANN dev for considerations of supply, adoption, and usage. He can also limit the amount of grams to be sold at whatever peg.

We decided not to implement CloakTrade in the review, we are waiting on more details of the functionality.
I'll go ahead and make note of it, but its hard to know what exactly cloak trade is aside from being a wallet-platform that is most like decentralized.
CloakTrade will allow users to trade via the top exchanges using their API key directly in client. It's going to be installed in the next wallet update 1.9.5 early / mid week.
Of course the ability to trade with exchanges is not a ground breaking feature in itself, however it will be the first (one of the first) clients to have this feature built in.
The most interesting aspect of CloakTrade to us (and we have yet to announce it) it is the backbone for another decentralized CLOAK service that is currently in research stage.
More on that later.
