Yeah, because Satoshi Nakomoto, whom everyone knows put forth an enormous effort to use a pseudonym, also used his real name.

The world is filled with idiots. There is also a clear concerted effort to destroy cryptocurrencies currently with all these hack attacks on these exchanges.

Also. Have spoken to Artos. Let's just say exciting things are happening behind the scenes.

Please stop spamming your lies.

You have no morals or ethics in the ways in which you scam people, and thus, will lose your money in a unpleasant and painful manner.

Hello all.

We have not yet filed as a LLC.

For this reason, we have decided we will hold off on accepting investments currently.

HOWEVER, we are continuing to offer evaluative reports in order to showcase our expertise.

Please, do not hesitate to try our services, especially while our prices for reports are cheap. As demand increases, the prices will not remain low for long.

Thank you for your time.

I haven't given up either. I believe in what I see.

Artos is still occasionally checking in. He doesn't respond, but he told us he would be unable to respond, and that he was specifically only working on the coin.

If he can't work on it anymore, he'll call for another dev team. He invited us to compete with him, in fact.

Since you're planning to register as a hedge fund in the United States, what are your plans vis-a-vis cryptocurrencies regarding compliance with the Securities Acts of '33 and '34, Dodd-Frank, and laws pertaining to accredited/qualified investors?

Hi, we're glad you asked this question. Cryptocurrencies technically do not fall under the definition of a security, as there is no issuer, nor company to back it. We are also currently awaiting New York's decision on Bitcoin, as that decision on how investments can be made with it is being determined right now.

We also plan to comply with transparency requirements by telling our investors exactly how much of each asset they are holding, as well as the series of transactions that has led to the number of each asset that they presently hold. As stated before, we are attempting to give our investors buying power in what we determine to be potential crypto-economies in the future. The type of asset that cryptocurrencies are is yet to exactly be determined, especially when certain cryptocurrencies attempt to function exactly as an equity, while others attempt to function as a currency, while yet others attempt to function as a commodity.

To say the least, cryptocurrencies, and all businesses based entirely in cryptocurrencies, remain in a legal grey-area. It is a risk we are willing to take however, as we trust cryptocurrencies to continue to gain more legitimacy throughout the future, and we also believe this risk should be understood by our investors and customers. It should also be understood that there is rarely risk without reward.

In addition, we have decided that Cryptedge LLC will be formed in the state of Delaware.

We are glad the key parts of our website - the evaluation report requests and investment appointment requests, are functioning properly.

We'll be migrating to a different host by week's end.  Smiley

As someone who's actually in the hedge fund industry, I'd like to see some more evidence that this is actually a hedge fund. We can start with where the fund in domiciled and in what jurisdiction the fund in registered.

We are domiciled in New York, but are still deciding where the best place to register is.

Washington state now legally considers all Bitcoin and Digital Currencies to be money, so we may be choosing to to register there. Wyoming is business friendly, but Delaware has a business court that fast-tracks business cases which would otherwise take several years. Because we are working in an extremely controversial market, we may want to have access to such a court. We will be making the decision in the next few days and will keep you posted.

It appears that the sudden registration of users via login.php may have triggered the mod_security of our host as well. We are working to resolve this issue.

However, registration of users is still fully functioning.

Thanks for the error codes.

Update: It appears our host's mod_security settings are preventing users from logging in. We are waiting on their response. Thanks for helping out and giving the error codes guys.

Hi all, thanks for the feedback.

Even though we have not had these issues before, it appears that our mySQL version needs to be updated. Check back soon.

Re: Venture Capitalist Chris Dixon Believes Bitcoin Will Hit $100,000

People need to stop speculating and evaluating coins in cash. Cryptocurrencies should really only be evaluated in other cryptocurrencies. People who continue to care about the cryptocurrency cash prices seem to fail to understand the ideology behind cryptos, and that the foundations of paper cash in general are extremely faulty.

By the time Bitcoin hits 100,000 dollars, you could easily expect one dollar from today to be the equivalent of 3 or 4 dollars by that point.

But perhaps the other altcoins will only gain more in relation to bitcoin, so it could be quite possible for it to drop more in relation to altcoins.

I actually would have to agree. Once the developer left, it seems that the community may have become more driven to take up the development on their own.
