Why should I have to purchase STINKING UCOIN SCAM COINS to enable withdrawal of my funds?
This is extortion and some people on this site say that it's OK to do this and to hold people to ransom!
What is UCOIN's excuse for not answering a single support question in 3 months? Is that the way to treat your customers?

I along with many other potential customers deposited money on UCOIN CASH to participate in their ICO.
Multiple attempts to buy ICO coins were unsuccessful so I decided to take my money and go elsewhere.
That was 3 months ago! Everyday since then I have been trying to withdraw my money from their site.
UCOIN keep making up different excuses to keep all my and other people’s funds.
My many messages to their support link have gone completely unanswered.
So here I am 3 months later still trying to get back what is rightfully mine.
The people who run UCOIN CASH are scum of the earth, low life maggots. Selfish greedy bastards like
these idiots give all Lending Platforms a very bad name. I can only wish UCOIN CASH, it’s CEO and all it’s employees

My funds have been stuck their for 3 months, ever since I deposited it to join their ICO.  This same message has been there for a month and it never changes.

They now say I can only withdraw an amount equal to the amount of UCoin coins that I buy. I have NO CHOICE!!! Buy a quantity of their stinking coins or lose all my money! What is fair and reasonable about that? Again very short term greed will kill this business off. How dare they treat people in this manner! Who in their right mind would dream of investing with a mob of unscrupulous criminals like UCoin.

What the fuck are you people doing? You've had months to sort out all these problems. There are hundreds of people without their coins, you've managed to fuck up the exchange launch timings. At present we can't even log onto the site. NOTHING has gone to plan and yet you value your coin at $10.75? Who are you trying to fool? All your communication starts with an apology, you never give out good news and what news we do receive is after the fact! You are constantly playing catch-up! Western Coin is worse than a SCAM. At least with a SCAM it's over pretty quickly, they take your money and run and then it's over. With Western Coin they take your money and then leave you guessing as there is NO customer help or feedback. If you try to to take any profits out as BTC they make you buy their Western coin at their own inflated rates. For example if you try to move $200 profit out as BTC you will end up with about $20. If this isn't a SCAM then I don't know what is? They have not done a thing with their site since it was launched. It looks cheap and old. English may not be their first language so their answer to that is to not communicate at all. I have written at least 10 messages to their support link and they have not answered a single one. They are either so dumb or ignorant that they think it's perfectly acceptable to just totally ignore their customers (something to do with Asians losing "Face" They would rather lose their whole business rather than admit they can't speak or understand English.). I have about USD$5,000 invested in Western Coin and I'm sorry I ever signed up. Frustrating, exasperating are just a few words that spring to mind. I'm past caring now. It will only be a matter of time before Western Coin folds so take this as a warning. DO NOT INVEST IN WESTERN COIN. I don't even mind spreading FUD about my own investment. I'm in revenge mode now! I'm reconciled to the fact that I will never see my money again so I want to do as much damage to them as possible to lessen their profits from this SCAM!!!
