yes, you can buy now because till now BTC price is low and noe BTC price is going up day by day so in coming day BTC price will reach huge price

its depended by your luck  if you buy good coins at low price and that coins suddenly grow up huge price  then you have chance but it is not easy any market so it will take time

if you have time then you spend more time on crypto currency and you can research about coins if have good update on coins then that coin price will grow up so this all are in you hand only.

its depended by your knowledge because you are investing your money so you can search good ICO in market you can read whitepaper and join all ICO related projects then you can invest. 

if i have money surely invested when market is low price because as per strategy buy at low price and sell at high price, i am not worried about current market situation because i hope market will grow up in coming month hence hold all my coins till now      

its not a good comparing because BTC is the king of crypto market and total coins price depended by BTC, XRP is the maximum coins under bankers control and till now not planing any ICO  project with XRP, so don't compare with BTC

don't think much about this because if you buy altcoins with ETH then if you want BTC then sell altcoins with BTC so no need think much about, its depended by yours

there is no good time or bad time on investment on ICO because here think about good ICO or not this is the good for investment on ICO, first think about ICO is worthbule or not that price and check about project, its upgraded then check roadmap and join the all project related  coins then you can invest on ICOs

Don't sell any coins when price is down because every market have up and downs so once market price down after some days it will come back and stabilize the high price in some days so don't sell coins when market in down

when i in invested on top 20 coins that time i am not read the white paper but i read road map and join related groups, till i am not invest in ICO, if i invest on ICO then defiantly will read whitepaper and join related groups to know the ICO project update   

i using my ETH for trading in first becouse that time i have spent much time in crypto currency and i have observed closely market trading but now i don't have that much time hence now i using for long term investment and i am waiting for market grow up like 2017 Dec then i will sell all my coins
