All human activities must be regulated, but in this case we forget that the rules are already there: those defined by the software.
Putting external rules will only create confusion.

Well, only in some well identified countries men think that women are inferior to them.
Actually, they are so afraid of women potential that they try to stop them from going to school and make adequate preparation.

The crypto market is anarchic by definition: a regulating authority would be a centralized one, and centralization is against crypto philosophy.
