The issue with Bitcoin is it has too much influence over the Crypto markets, what is more important is ICO's delivering as they will help stabilise the Crypto Space.

Would say cloud mining isn't worth the investment as most aren't transparent enough and certainly not profitable enough to make it worth the time. I recommend selecting some good projects that are developing and simply buying into them. As the ROI will be much higher although initially not a lot of movement same as even buying mining equipment unless you can offset the power consumption its not really viable in many locations.

As of today the ICO is still being requested a pause which has only moved the launch date from the 15th of December to the 8th of January. This was requested by a Chinese company that is interested in buying Utemis. Regardless of if this happens or not the ICO bounty will continue and payouts will be made regardless if buyout occurs or not.

It is important that the Bounty continues so that if negotiations are not a success that the ICO launch and project remains on schedule and promoted well.

ICO is delayed but Bounty continues regardless of if the business is sold. If sold we get paid if runs through ICO we get paid. So don't worry Bounty is still carrying on.
