Liking the site been playing last couple weeks. I've had so far 0 issues besides a nasty losing streak on dice....i have deposited more than i've withdrawn but today my withdraw said it 'needed support' and it's less than i've withdrawn in the past. Is it a low hot wallet balance? I was counting on your normal near instant transfers today. Sent a ticket to support 50 mins ago I hope this is addressed shortly.

Sometimes transactions get flagged for additional checks by the support team; this can take up to hours depending on workload/tickets to process, but is often done quickly. Majority of withdrawals get processed automatically (and instantly), though.
