Re: [ANN][TRIG] TRIG Token - Blocksafe Foundation

Sad.
My trade bot had bought a lot of TRIG right before it was delisted from Binance(((

So the question is:
When the devs say "In the meantime, in order to access their tokens once the swap is complete, current holders of Counterparty TRIGGERS tokens must move their assets from Binance to a Counterparty wallet.", do they mean this: https://counterparty.io ?

And yes, no tutorial makes such owners-by-accident as me very distressed when no exchange, no wallet, no nothing and one has a lot of it.

Someone's got to get lucky sooner or later!

Let it be sooner and let it be someone who plays Friday lottery here on a regular basis for a long time.

please write some words to keep everyone motivated.

The chances that you will die tomorrow are higher than that you will find a block tomorrow if you are a home miner.

as you can see hes at 0 hashrate, so yeah pretty much a rental  Undecided
Doesn't prove a thing. My hashrate is at 0 for most days of the week here at solo pool, but i don't use rentals.
But it doesn't really matter. Anyway, congrats to the winner and GL to me in this lottery))

Do you have such calculator for Litecoin also?
There is a list of them at some unknown search site: https://www.google.com/search?q=litecoin+calculator

ThnX! Then maybe I am the only one doing this with S9:)
Nope)) Next May it will turn 2years since I started trying my luck here. Back in 2016 it was sometimes even with a single s7. I call it "my personal Friday lottery". I treat the loss in my regular mining hashrate as buying a weekly lottery ticket, as the chances of hitting the jackpot and finding a solo block are similar,  but here you can be sure that the distribution of "winning numbers" is mathematically fair and random.

just looked at pool stats - last 5 min Cobramining is pointing about 1 ph to the pool. Are we at the beginning of a big guys' glorious comeback or just a failover?

A long awaited block!

And one more thought: some pages ago someone was angry about lots of fees needed to consolidate tiny payouts. Now I see that I get x3 for a block compared to the times when the pool was at 100 Ph. Means that I get three times bigger payouts three times less frequently, means 3 times less inputs, means 3 times less fees for consolidating. Let's find some positive aspects in every turn of our karma!)))

Hey, kano-san, could you please officially announce the no-fee promotion in a different post with no other info, so that I could announce it to some Russian-speaking communities and give a link to it? Some big guys don't speak English but probably will get interested in a no-fee offer.
As promised, I started a topic about no-fee promotion at the largest Russian language crypto forum and sent out a dozen of messages to Russian speaking Telegram mining chats.

бyдим вмecтe вoдкy пить!!!
Well, I'm not-so-Russian when it comes to vodka. Tried it several times when I was younger but never liked it.
And i'm writing this in English to stop this off-topic dialogue in a language most ppl don't understand.

I'm actually only half Russian by ethnicity and don't live in Russia, but can speak my father's native language. Bзaимнo!

No pool fees for the rest of 2017

Woohoo now one has to be crazy NOT to mine here!

And big surprise you are going to find a strong "Pro KanoPool" opinion from folks in this forum.

If it surprises you go and try to get a response or explanation of how the pool operates from A*t*o*l admins in their bitcointalk thread and then come back with the link to the results. Then I'll reconsider my personal "Pro KanoPool oppinion"

To me it always seems like every time I buy a new miner, luck turns to shit. Or every time I have an important transfer, we run into 50 minutes network block and the mempool backs up and I wind up getting my transaction stuck for an unending period of time.

Human mind evolved in the world where uncertainty was dangerous. If you don't know (can't predict) whether a tiger is going to attack you - you're dead. If you can't predict the weather and the storm ruins your house and kills your cattle - you're dead. So our mind subconsciously treats "random" "luck" "variance" or anything we don't possess control of as smth dangerous. This way religions and superstiotions emerged - they gave people the illusion of control over circumstances. And if they failed (and they usually did) they told ppl it was because of their sins, bad carma or wrong sacrifice ritual, and that gave another run to an illusion that uncontrollable circumstances could still be managed.
So it's natural that it seems to you that way. Because mathematics is highly unnatural to human mind)))

Did we just have an outage or node loss or something? My S7 is spinning up and down, usually does that when pool switching or something. Says uptime 1 minute, lol. No power outage.

Just curious!

Yep there were huge red letters at the p0ol's page saying that smth is reloading and mining is ok.

Edit: and again right now it says "Database timeout or reloading, mining is all OK"

Primary: stratum+tcp://NYA.kano.is:3333
Secondary: stratum+tcp://stratum.kano.is:3333
3rd?Huh
Take some different pool as the 3rd failover where you can collect dust (with manual payouts) in case your miners switch to it for some short period of time when kano does restarts etc.
I do not follow my own advice - playin' big at -ck solo pool as the 3rd failover))) You never know  Grin

So, what happened to the total hashrate here? Where'd everybody go? Don't tell me they buggered off to mine Bitcoin Cash?
Just a couple of big guys switched somewhere else and I doubt it was a bch pool, because for them time lost on mining the useless clone would never be compensated.
As for home miners, some might have gone elsewhere due to somewhat smaller payouts than expected. Last December I was also one of those who were terrified by the downstreak of luck and left kano pool for a month, but not this time. Our fears and "common sense" often disagree with mathematics  Grin
