I too am very happy to be using your services, I agree that you have greatly improved your operations but I do have a question:

I really miss having my total number of mining power in the dashboard. I hate to have to sum up all my contracts for the total amount especially if you're always adding more contracts through the RRP Program. Would it be possible if you can add the total amount of Hashing Power back to the dashboard just like the old interface used to?

I don't think they knew the equipment was going to be late. Did any of us know when some of us ordered from Butterfly Labs?  I think they we're lied to by the manufacturers just like how they lied to all of us. I also concur, I don't think their intent was fraud or Scam. I just think that this is a company that got way to big to fast. They tried to do to much to quickly. I think it's a company that could be better managed and a company that needs better communication with their customers. When they have issues, they should be speaking up, and not in this forum, they should be communicating to their customers! We all have email!

Customers should be notified during every step of the way on everything that's going on. they should be giving them updates if the pool is down, if upgrades are being done, payout issues, website issues, or any other issues, upgrades or announcements. I hate the fact that they just keep their customers in the dark. it really bothers me. Yesterday, the pool was down all day, not one peep from them about the situation.

To say something positive about them, there are flaws but I do get paid when the system actually works. They did pass on more GH as promised and it does look like I will probably pass my ROI on my July Contract. Having said all that, I don't think their intent is fraudulent (having looked at blockchain, the last bitcoin payout was 487BTC  or over $120,000 USD to their customers),

That tells me their intent is to run a legitimate business, they just need better management personnel who can handle the everyday stuff and Public relations. I hope they can get pass this and steer this ship towards the right direction before it sinks. as being part of the bitcoin community, we should hope that they succeed, bring more people to bitcoin and create more awareness. Their advertising has brought more people to bitcoin everyday. It's efforts like this that bring more awareness and demand for bitcoin. The price of bitcoin will go up with more demand. We need to think about that.

I'm sure we will see a price adjustment soon on their offers and like always, people will jump on like usual.

Besides, did you marry him or his daughter! remember that! When you have these discussions, your wife needs to have your back in the discussion, make sure he understands that all choices are made by the two of you and not just you. 2 against 1 is better odds.

I agree with what you're saying. I just wanted to make the point that this calculator was more accurate than bitcoinx. For the record, I'm not interested in buying a KNC or any other miner for that matter. I think you're better off buying bitcoins with your money and holding on to them at this point.

Don't use that calculator, to me its a joke. It was probably created by someone from Butterfly labs just to keep their customers from lynching them. I use this calculator which is far more accurate:

I have the inputs of the selected KNC miner and numbers starting from November which you can change the month. The difficulty value will automatically change as well. Have a look and have fun with it.

You can choose any current miner and it will automatically input their credentials into the calculator.

I totally agree, not worth it. I would use the money to buy BTC instead. At least you have the bitcoins right away and they will go up in value within the next year.

you have to look at overall averages and not the $30 to $50 spikes up and down, that doesn't mean it's crashing. I believe it will continue to increase as the difficulty rate goes up and also now that it's becoming more mainstream. I think you can still make money on the ups and downs though. People need to start using bitcoins more in their everyday lives and I believe that's what will make the price of bitcoin more stable. The bitcoin ATM Machines that are launched in Vancouver are a very good start in stabilizing bitcoin. Hope to see one soon where I live!

Looking at that calculator, it looks like the most 7.5TH will produce starting March of 2014 is going to be about 65 Bitcoins. If you paid $12,800 for your equipment now, then you've invested about $196 per Bitcoin once you've mined all 65 of them. ($12,800 ÷ 65BTC =  $196.92)

Why not take your current $12,800 and just go out and buy 65 Bitcoins now and wait for the price of Bitcoins to go up? At least you have all your bitcoins right away and not have to wait until September of next year. You would probably turn over a profit faster this way once the price of Bitcoins does go up. (Which I'm sure it will!)

Just a thought.

I agree and believe that bitcoin even at $200 is still cheap. I think the price of BTC is only going to go up. Buy now and buy later. I'm hoarding! ...LOL!
