The best thing to do is find a place with crazy cheap electricity if you're a beginner in crypto mining regardless whether ASIC or GPU based mining. Never go in to power installations at the beginning because that would cost more money.

A wise miner will go anywhere in the world for cheap electricity to cut the power cost and only focus on mining rigs and the most profitable coins to mine. Don't waste your money on power, focus more on buying GPUs when you find the right place to set your farm.

Will Bitcoin survive or burst in 2018? What do you think?
The Bitcoin will survive and it would reach up to $100k by the December 2018.

Re: Will we see Bitcoin fall in 2018?

Due to Ripples recent INSANE bull run, I have been seeing SO many FUD posts about how "Bitcoin is over" "Bitcoin will fail in 2018" and whatever other titles people can construe and conjure up to make people scared or sell off their position. It has been really irritating me so I decided to make a video about it, let me know your thoughts and happy New Year!

NO. I don't think the bitcoin price will fall in 2018 because of Ripple's growth. I think bitcoin will survive the situation and even grow higher.

Normal correction, much needed after this fast growth.
C'mon guys, you must be new!
The market correction normally happens in the cryptocurrency world not even on bitcoin alone but all cryptocurrencies.

From almost 20000 USD Dollar to 13835 US Dollar. Does the bubble already burst?
Not yet - this is only the beginning of the drop
You guys didn't read about the bitcoin recent history, go and read it before you can say some sh*t. Bitcoin will recover in time you'll see.

No. I don't think that is a good idea to sell because bitcoin is still recovering from the recent correction. Now, is time to buy more bitcoins.

Re: Anyone else think "long term" hodlers are idiots?

No. in fact, the long-term bitcoin holders are the smartest guys ever because the moment you cash out you lose by spending while they left their money in bitcoin for the next years to come. Imagine, the price of bitcoin in the next 5 years and where is your current bitcoin investment by that time?

I really don't think so and I'm still buying. I think $5,000 will be something we tell the next generation about  Cool

TO THE MOON!!
I think bitcoin past $10,000 benchmark forever. so, stop thinking bitcoin will be at $5000 again, that is a joke.

Re: Bitcoin is losing its dominance over the crypto market
by

Bitcoin dominance is dropping because many big whales are moving to altcoins because of the bitcoin very high transaction fees and slow transaction speed.

Bitcoin price is surely going down for now which makes it a good idea to make an investment for the future.

Re: What is the future of Bitcoin?
by
CryptoCurr
on 29/12/2017, 00:17:10 UTC
I think bitcoin is doing good for now, but there are certain issues that needed to be fixed for bitcoin to be really successful in the future. e.g. high transaction fee and slow transaction speed.

Re: Anyway to speed up confirmations?

Transferred 0.4018 BTC from HitBTC to Brittex before and it has been stuck on zero confirmations for 4 hours.

Is there anyway to speed this up?

I think the only way to speed up the bitcoin transaction is by adding more transaction fee which is very painful.

Re: Why is the price of bitcoin rising so high?
by
CryptoCurr
on 28/12/2017, 23:46:58 UTC
Basically, bitcoin price is going down right now. but the reason why sometimes the bitcoin price is going high is because of the higher bitcoin demand.
