Okay, I've tried to set the minimal deposit value to 0.001, but the main problem is with very small withdraws every hour.
Bitcoin API server responds with error code says that this transaction is dust.
Anyways.. 0.005 is only ~ 2usd. too much? Personally, I think no it's not.

About minimal deposit - the min is 0.01, because if we set this amount lower, each transaction will have very small amount, and sometime there are problems with withdrawing these small amounts and they can be delayed very long time.
