Re: Yes I Memorized My Seeds

I don't recommend this method of remembering seed phrases in anyway. Just remember one thing that if you forget or don't use something for long period you will forget it eventually. Atleast some part of it. So don't do this.

Is SocialFI the next parabolic narrative?
by
CryptoKranthi
on 10/06/2025, 03:38:28 UTC
We have seen new narratives thrive in each cycle. It was L1s in 2017 and L2s, Defi and NFTs in 2021. And in 2023 mini-cycle the other narratives like YieldFI picked up. Do you think in this current cycle, SocialFI will thrive as it didn't have a noticeable run like other narratives. As always the first run failed with FRIEND (Friend.tech) and other scam tokens. Now ARENA which started as Stars Arena has broken out of the one year long range and is about to run hard.If not now the narrative will go noticed in the next few months atleast.

Re: The rise and fall of NFTs.

The initial hype cycle was gone for NFTs. That was a huge cycle. But I still believe that the established and undervalued NFTs will thrive in the next cycle. There is always another opportunity, it may be in crypto or NFTs. The market now is down compared to 2022 higs but sooner or later it will grow again.

I believe there is no exit strategy for crypto. We struck here forever. Crypto will be here forever in our day to day life. We will be using crypto just like how we are using our credit and debit cards and UPI in India.

Re: Do you have an exit plan from crypto?
by
CryptoKranthi

Everything I have in crypto has for many years now been pure profit.

I long long ago got back all the electricity I initially put into mining first with some CPUs but then some GPUs and then even some ASICs.

But where I am electricity is not competetive.

I ordered about $12k of Neptune ASICs back in their day, then when they encountered a production glitch that meant they would be shipping two weeks later than they had anticipated they sent twice as many ASIC machines to all who had ordered (and paid) in advance because in those two weeks half the profits those machines would ever make would be gone because difficulty was rising so fast and would rise even faster once those new ASICs were delivered.

I meanwhile ran into problems getting electricity turned on at the house I planned to host them, so it was actually a whole year before I finally got the stolen/vandalised power meter re-installed and the whole house up to code to get electricity turned on, so by then it was way too late to be in early enough for the prices of electricity around here to be at all competitive, and likely also ever more-efficient ASICs were coming out by then.

But what I had learned in the meantime was that my strategy of building stronger and stronger buy-sides "all the way down" to catch even most extreme dumps, while building my sell-side up to "astronomical" heights to catch even those times that had in the past led to me waking up to find my sell side that was only three times as high as I had ever imagined the price would go had been skyrocketed past to three times that, is a wonderfully robust strategy that leads not only to being able from time to time to "thin out" the bottom of my buy-side due to higher parts of my buy-side having become strong enough to make it extremely unlikely any "dump" would drive price down far enough to come close to the thinned-out lowest part of my buy-side but also to an ever-growing hoard of the sell-side asset even way over and above my astronomically high column of sell offers, so that in fact there comes a point where one's column of sell offers goes so so so very very very high that one might as well just take some of the "surplus sell-side asset" and bury it in concrete under one's swimming-pool because not only oneself but even one's great-great-grandheirs will probably never need to dig up those "surplus sell-side" coins because by the time price ever approaches the astronomically high top end of one's column of sell offers one would have accumulated huge numbers more "surplus" sell-side asset, so much most likely that one's heirs grand-heirs and great-grand-heirs will more likely find themselves still burying "surplus" under the estate's swimming-pool than even considering digging any up from under there.

The buy sides and sell sides just keep growing and growing and growing, the "burying" of "surplus" sell-side increases rarity of the sell-side asset on the markets and the amount "in the wild" to potentially be "dumped" onto your buy-side consuming it, so frankly the only "exit" to be considered is at what astronomical height to not bother building one's sell-side higher for now and at what strength and density of one's buy-side to consider thinning it out a little bit without thereby risking some extreme "dump" managing to break through a "crust" as it were to enter free-er fall in an emptier region lower down.

Everything "out there" on the net / in crypto is long ago all pure profit anyway, but those huge columns of pure profit, arranged as buy sides and sell sides on markets, are income-generators that one got basically "for free" as pure profit from work done long long long ago so why ever consider dismantling them, especially doing so to convert to fiat which is know to be a sure loss in the long term?

The next step really, it seems to me, is to apply this same strategy to the buy-side asset, in effect starting to build its buy-sides stronger and stronger too, to guard against someday devaluing of the sell-side asset (often bitcoin, absolutely never any kind of fiat or fiat-tracking so called stable crap) and start accumulating "surplus" of that too to start making that too rarer on the markets thus less "out there" to potentially get "dumped"...

Re: HYPE targets by EOY?

What would you say are the best ways to get involved with Hyperliquid and HyperEVM right now to get some exposure? I know there are tokens yet to be distributed just wondering what's your strategy to stay positioned.

I am just playing the Hyperliquid core as of now. Not heavily involved with HyperEVM. If HYPE breaks 40$ then it will be interested to play HyperEVM. My strategy is to trade perps and hold spot coins on Hyperliquid core and to buy spot BTC on HL spot with profits from perps. I believe season 3 points will mostly go to Hyperliquid core only.

HYPE targets by EOY?
by

on 29/05/2025, 16:48:36 UTC
Hyperliquid has gained a lot of attention recently. It is not just an another dex out there but is a #1 perp dex with whales trading. The only altcoin with good volume that I believed has touched it's ATH is HYPE.

I can see that only BTC and HYPE reached their ATHs with significant volume. What will be your targets for HYPE by EOY and why do you think so? And your future targets too?

Re: Trying to Understand Sophon ($SOPH)

SOPHON is a project launched by a dev who previously worked for ZKSync. Also SOPHON is launching on ZKSync. Think about it like this, ZKSync is a platform and SOPHON is a gaming or entertainment universe launching on ZKSync. They are both hand in hand. Binance labs invested in SOPHON makes me think it is a cash grab.

Re: I Want to Create a Decentralized Exchange. What Features Do You Want?
by

Major problem for a newly launched decentralised perpetual exchange is Liquidity. The problem extends if it is a spot and perps exchange, as cross-chain liquidity is a pain in the ass. You need coins from several chains to be escrowed by a third party and it costs lot of money to own the third party service provider for cross chain liquidity for spot deposits and withdrawals, just like hyperunit for Hyperliquid. They are handling the things well so far. Just look at Hyperliquid for how they are moving and you can create a dex but in reality it will be a lot difficult.

Re: Is it worth investing in Zilliqa?
by

Zilliqa is a dead project in my opinion. Zilliqa, Harmony, Quarkchain, Wanchain were all the old L1s that used L1 hype for the quick gains. Now with the improved technology and projects working and earning in real like Solana, SUI, HYPE and a few others we should not think about Zilliqa or any other old L1s that were lost in time.

Re: Arbitrage: have you ever tried and how much have you earned so far?
by

I've also tried arbitrage 3 days ago between poloniex and bittrex for emc2 coin. The gap was big enought to make profit. I transfer the tokens to bittrex. And then the gap got much smaller. So I finished it with a very little profit.
Nice sharing. Could you please share how you managed to spot the gap for that particular coin ? Are you continuously trading that coin alone or do you keep on checking multiple coins for gaps from one exchange to another exchange ? I just wonder how people finds the gap between exchanges and making profits from arbitrage trading.

I guess if we are holding some coins and checking for better prices in one or two exchanges then we may find gaps for that one particular coin. Otherwise we must need bots to help us to spot gaps across exchanges.

same would love to know how you detect those arbitrage.

also what are the crypto that move fast like eth, litecoin ?

Stellar. Stellar is really quick. It is faster than even Eth.

What for these exchanges are raising money. If they can't handle better servers, what they are doing with the money they raised. Even etherdelta loads conviently better than this shit IDEX. Time is money. Better if this shitty exchange knows about it.

I definitely dont want anything risky.  I think both Eth in Bitcoin will go up a lot.  I think I will do a 50/50 eth /bitcoin buy.  I should be able to see a nice return at the end of the year.  Its amazing themore money youhave to invest the less risks you take

I think BTC can't give you more than x10 from now.So it's better to invest in other altcoins like ETN, WRC etc
