Re: To be a Bitcoin capitalist, is better to secure wealth than DCA strategy? (Pt2)
by

The problem is that not everyone is an investor in normal society. For example, I'm in the UK, and most people don't invest cash into anything, never mind cryptocurrency. I am dumb enough to see if I can do it from $1000 a month into a wallet to beat estimates, but I will also manage that account because you need to manage it.

As someone stated, Saylor can happily buy whenever it's fine; it's not his money, but DCA is only easy if you understand the concept and understand you should also secure some gains.

I think it depends on how long they want to hold and what reward based on research, but also what has now influenced them to look at it.

Screaming buy below $6,000 this year, I bet a lot of people are kicking themselves.

Re: Bitcoin will eat Gold’s market share, according to JPMorgan

I think since the COVID-19 crash of the market the recovery of Bitcoin has made people stand up. Obviously, centuries of history with Gold but surely a good bet is seeing that market cap gap shrink.

For me, Bitcoin will always be a sound investment but I see it slowly becoming that for other people, like what gold is today.

This is a good effort towards supporting the beginners to understand trading better. I didn't finish watching the video though but it has some good stuff in there.
I commend your effort to that.

Thanks, really appreciate that.

Hey everyone,

A few people liking my other stuff in the forums so thought i'd share this one too...

This is the bread and butter in my trading in terms of what I use and how I use it for entries and exits, plus long term target points that assets can turn around or land.

I apologise it is long but a lot of good value here on how you can use it.

What is the need for this? Already a lot of established groups out like this, do you have a brand? a following and a track record?

Trading is a lonely game unless you decided to teach it

I'm not a trader, but the video seems pretty solid and according to the comments below the video, people say it's the best you've made so far. I have to admit I didn't watch the whole video because it takes 25 minutes, and it's not an area of interest to me right now, but if possible the duration of the video might be a bit shorter.

Since this is about trading, maybe more appropriate board would be Trading Discussion, regardless of what the video is intended for beginners. Of course I leave that to you, move button is easy to use Wink

Thanks, Lucius for the Merit, and I appreciate the honesty in the comment, hard to keep it short due to what it is. But I will look to having further educational videos of different topics which will be a lot shorter.

I think post halving we might get a run 2-3 months later but pre-halving we seem to be already seeing some manipulation spikes which could be interesting to watch.

I'm expecting and waiting for a lower BTC price

Re: The Hitman: Profit From Trading Alerts
by

on 26/03/2020, 15:15:41 UTC
If you have been using the tool for 6 months, what is your profit for these 6 months? It would be good if you posted a proof to assess the tool. There is so much garbage on the market today, many offer different bots and signals, but 99% of them are not worth it

We have published some results from the telegram alerts using one-preset. This, by the way, is not designed to be copied it is designed to help how you view the market and see if momentum is bullish or bearish.

Here is a link to some results in February https://medium.com/the-hitman/february-2020-the-results-8a526300fca5

We are building systems to allow us to get all data from each print to see approx profits it has given, but like I say it isn't designed to go automated, design just to give people a heads up with the confluence of the indicators it is using to generate a print.

The Hitman: Profit From Trading Alerts
by
CryptoMobster
on 24/03/2020, 14:26:41 UTC

Hey Everyone,

Just want to introduce this tool for you that I have had a hand in creating over the last 6 months.

The Hitman is a one-of-a-kind trading script designed to help you make smarter trading decisions based on market momentum. We make traders find, plan and increase their trading precision. Removing the risk from the market knowing the overall trend direction. The Hitman is based on real-time oscillating data that is taken directly from live data-feeds. The Hitman is fed by a professional commercial data feed, with full access directly to stocks, futures, all major indices, Forex, Bitcoin and CFDs.

As it stands it is only currently on Trading View but looking to get it online with other trading platforms such as CTrader and MetaTrader4 & 5.

We are also testing out different variations of the indicator to work with other indicators to see what differences we can have on the execution of prints.

This is not automated and does require some knowledge on technical analysis but overall it does help people see the bigger picture of the trend direction, allowing people to make better choices in the markets.

This is FREE to use on Trading View without any customised settings or alerts. https://www.tradingview.com/script/ezmF3kxj-THE-HITMAN-Market-Momentum-Finder/

There is a paid version of this with custom settings and alert use on Trading View which is also free to try for the first month as well.

Settings area (More versions are in testing to improve what indicators are being used)

Daily timeframe on Vechain to show settings can be changed for each timeframe even as a longer-term swing trader or investor.

Further details on how it works can be found here: https://thehitman.io or https://t.me/HitmanTradingScript

Scamming on YouTube even on legit channels in comments is rife at the moment. Be careful and report every channel that is not legitimate. A quick look on social blade will tell you account history very quickly

Re: Are you making money in this bear market?
by
CryptoMobster
on 21/06/2019, 11:13:41 UTC
It is very easy to make money in whatever market, the problem is people are either restricted (margin) if they can use it, or skilled enough to use it.

But that is one way, there are also other ways, obviously just buying low and selling high based on the rumours and news on any coin is nice but not everyone again trusts that way.

Re: How to Buy The Dip
by
CryptoMobster
on 21/06/2019, 11:07:10 UTC
Hello traders!

I hope the previous trading guide was very useful for you and I know that this will also come in handy!

A lot of people want to jump in when they see the price has fallen down! But not always they choose the perfect moment. Well, you have to do your research because the price might still go down when you buy!

Trust me - I know this stuff, I bought Bitcoin when it fell to $13 000 from $20 000 and thought, YES!!!!!! This is my chance! Also, my dad transferred me $3 000 to invest in bitcoin and ethereum. Because I said that this is the lowest point!  Roll Eyes

You all can understand how that turned out for me...

So here is my new guide - or you can say it is the second part of the trading guide - https://paybis.com/blog/how-to-buy-the-dip/

This almost sent me to sleep.

Re: Selling strategy
by
CryptoMobster
on 21/06/2019, 11:00:47 UTC
People talk about investing in Bitcoin all the time, and by investing they mean buying, but selling is another part of investing, and just as important one. There are many strategies for buying, like buying dips, cost-averaging, buying once in few years and so on - but what about selling?

What's a good selling strategy that maximizes profits and minimizes risks? How to sell as close to ATH as possible?

Best way is to move with the trend. Pick your assets and be in them when they go up and move out when they are going down. Profit should be when you are completely happy that you have reached that assets full potential, or if you are happy taking money out as profit to invest in other assets to achieve the same goal.

For example, check out this with Ethereum.

Use the daily timeframe, EMA 34 (YELLOW) is usually pretty good. When the asset is above (it acts as support) if below (it acts as resistance)

You have huge periods of accumulation and huge periods of growth in value. (Accumulation is moving into a stable currency and rebuying back lower = more ETH)
