Meet CSPN's new Co-CEO: Andrew Durden
Andrew Durden is no stranger to the professional sports world, playing college baseball for Florida State University and Nova University as well as being drafted twice in 3 years by the Toronto Blue Jays and the Kansas City Royals as a top 10 national prospect, he opted to sign a professional contract with the KC Royals.
After an amazing 2 years of playing professionally, Andrew decided it was time to retire and settled in Atlanta. Once there, his entrepreneurial spirit emerged and he decided to start a successful land development and investment company. Looking to get back into the high energy world of sports in 2020, he began extensive trading in the crypto spaces including the NFT Markets and it was there that he spotted a niche that had not be filled yet. It combined 2 of his favorite things, sports and the high risk, high reward that comes with crypto trading.
Not being able to shake this incredible idea off, Andrew turned to his best friend and CSPN CEO Mason Arnao and discussed his plans in great detail. Mason quickly saw how this emerging Marketplace perfectly aligned with the scope and vision of CSPN and together they have been working on bringing that dream into reality using Andrew’s knowledge and experience of professional sports and NFTs with the top tier development abilities of the CSPN Team.
The entire CSPN Team has been blown away by Andrew’s Vision and how well it fits with CSPN’s new goals that everyone agreed Andrew should come on-board as Co-CEO of CSPN.

CSPN Tokenomics, Github & Website Update, Team Additions & Staking Performance
Dear Community,
CSPN is gaining momentum and we always believe in striking while the iron is hot! The Staking dApp has now been released for over one week and already there is over 4 million CSPN being locked and staked which is about 74% of our total coins in circulation, a true testament to the Community Support that CSPN has!
We have also included a much needed update to both the Website and Github:
- The SmartContract Source Code has been released for Public Viewing here: https://github.com/c-sports/contract
- New Tokenomics have been released officially and can also be found on both the Website and Github pages.

Initial Token Swap: 41.53% (5,552,562.522 CSPN)

Staking Reward Pool: 48.27% (6,453,699 CSPN)
To go along with the informational updates for the new CSPN Token, we are also working on a complete Corporate website redesign that will include the new Roadmap, updated WhitePaper, an expanded Team Members section and more.
On the Marketing side, we are beginning to solidify our branding and have created brand new CSPN Logos.
These new colors reflect both the intrinsic value of our token as well as our vision of supporting both the Sports and eSports Communities. This is also the first step in the creation of the CSPN Brand Guidelines, which will set our Marketing direction going forward.
Lastly, The CSPN Team has been diligently searching for new Team Members to expand into additional areas and while we are far from finished, we have found a few highly talented additions to the team that we will be introducing in separate posts.

CSPN Swap Wallet Update 2.0.4 Release
Dear Community,
the CSPN Swap Wallet v2.0.4 is now available to download for Windows and Linux (Desktop and Masternodes).
The MacOS Version will be released asap.
We ask everyone to update / install the CSPN wallet as soon as possible and withdraw all the CSPN coins that still remains on exchanges to their local wallet before May, 1st.
To update your existing wallet, simply download the correct build for your OS and replace the executable.
Masternode Install Script:
Simply run the "upgrade"-command on each node to get to the latest version

After completing an extensive Internal Testing Phase, we are excited to announce our very first Public Contest running on the CSPN Platform for our Internal Platform Game: CSPN Deathmatch Arena (DMA).
Everyone can participate in the Contest and this is how it works:
Game and Match Type Details:
Goal: Gain the most XP Points
Match Type: 1on1
Game Mode: Deathmatch
Platform: CSPN
Match Mode: Free & Prize Play
Region: Global
Start: 2021-10-08 21:00 UTC
End: 2021-10-10 21:00 UTC

How it works:
1. Prepare yourself and practise CSPN DMA with bots or play some matches against other gamers.
2. Add match requests with the button in the leaderboard section below (make sure to set a valid date & time).

Scoring Details:
1. Each Win will get you 100 XP and each loss will score you 25XP
2. Setup a rematch against the same player up to 3 times a day but get diminishing returns:
- 100% XP on first match
- 50% XP on second match
- 25% XP on third match
- 0% XP on fourth match
The top 3 gamers with the highest XP at the end of the Contest will be rewarded as follows:
1. 500 CSPN
2. 250 CSPN
3. 125 CSPN
Rewards will be paid out to the winners automatically when the Contest ends.
