Blockchain Real Estate How Will Blockchain Change Real Estate?
Blockchain real estate. Several industries have lately discovered the sheer amount of positive utility the blockchain technology into their space. One of those industries happens to be the real estate industry. Real estate remains the largest asset class in the world. As per Fortune, London-based real estate advisor Savills tallied up the value of all global property, including commercial and residential property and forestry and agricultural land. By their calculations, the total global real estate valuation comes a whopping $217 trillion total, and residential property makes up about 75% of the total value.
Note: These figures were calculated back on 26 January 2016.
Yolande Barnes, head of Savills world research, said, To give this figure context, the total value of all the gold ever mined is approximately US $6 trillion. This sum pales in comparison to the total value of developed property by a factor of 36 to 1.
There was a critical conclusion that Savills made from their study. As Barnes puts it, Real estate is the pre-eminent asset class which will be most impacted by global monetary conditions and investment activity and which, in turn, has the power to most impact national and international economies. In simple terms, real estate has and will continue to play a huge role in the global economy.
However, as with most traditional legacy businesses, some issues are severely affecting the real estate industry. Lets look at some of these pain points.

It could be a little better schore I agree for the infrastructure of eles token and 50% of tokens locked and the possibility of increase of value over time etc.

Now in real estate agency there is a lot of birocracy and waiting..long procedures... then you wait again for bank transactions? A lot of stress for customer and seller... Will be that any faster with your platform?

In my opinion Elements Estates already reached softcap, right?!?
To be clear - Transaction speed is depending on many factors.
Elements Estates will handle all the needed steps and procedures. But until national land registries are not 100% digitalized and integrated on blockchain, we will do classical contracts as well for changing and signing the ownership in land registers. At the beginning, we will use Smart contracts for ensuring that buyer or renter has enough of the tokens as down-payment/deposits, to lock them for certain period of time needed to make the transfer of ownership legit.
So we cannot (yet) guarantee "long procedures" will be history unfortunately.
WE WILL DO EVERYTHING IN OUR CONTROL TO SHORTEN THE LENGTH OF THE REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION
This answer is what I needed. So at first it will be very similar than a normal procedure for land registers and ownerships etc. And if I get this will be fixed in time. So the smart contracts are just for formality and more for transparency than real official country registers ?

Private Participation Period
The day when we will be able to share some news about success in private participation period is getting closer. Until then, we can say that we are still very active in this private participation period. We have a lot of discussions and negotiations, made one on one with interested parties. And all of this is part of the success we aim for with our project at Elements Estates.
Crowdsale
As we have full attention on finalizing the private participation period, we are not yet able to share the exact date of the crowd sale but we are approaching it for sure. We do suggest you get on our Whitelist as soon as possible to be one step ahead and ready to participate (in case you are not eligible to participate in private participation period).

Could you explain process of investing in presale&crowdsale if there is smth new in 2019?
There is nothing new in 2019 regarding the presale and crowd sale process. Every participant should first get whitelisted by completing the KYC procedure on our web page. Only after the completed and approved KYC an individual can participate presale and/or crowd sale. I think it is not so easy now to have an ICO running and do a crowdsale.
Again some tough times for crypto, the majority of people doesnt says they are thinking long term but in fact they are scared.
I know all things need time to develop and blockchain will too. When you get across a startup you like and think about the big picture and add maybe 2 years you will see that elementsestates is a good startup with good potential to grow especially with real estates.
My opinion pt. 1 hehe
