It looks like I can collocate it in a data center in my city for not too much. It should pay for its months rent there in just a couple days of each month.
At the rate it is earning I should break even in about 11 weeks even after paying the data center.

How did you calculate that?
The estimate earning in the whole April for 1 Th is 2 BTC. How did you made 2 BTC in a "couple" of days in March? How did you get the 11 weeks ROI?

At 25% diff increase you should ROI by September. But at 50%...winter is coming.
Those might do 1$ a day today but they will do 0.8$ next month and so on. We can all agree those will never ROI. But at least you will understand how mining works and how difficulty affects mining.

Many try to predict the future prices based on absolutely nothing. Ohh it's falling, so It should fall some more. Almost if not all of the rapid declines in prices had a reason behind it. Big or small. A rumor can spread like wildfire just like we see with the supposed Chinese ban. So if you try to predict the future give a sound argument. If the rumor is true we could reach 300$ even lower since China has 80+% of trades.

I used to watch http://fiatleak.com/ a lot. Without China Bitcoin will be sent into stone age again. At least considering the price cause investment companies and startups are doing really well in Europe and USA.
