Cómo ustedes sabrán , estamos sufriendo una gran temporada a la baja en las cryptomonedas y eso está perjudicando a corto plazo a miles de nuevos proyectos. Incluido el nuestro.

Desde que lanzamos la plataforma CryptoStake MN & Staking Pool oficialmente en Bitcointalk el 31 de Octubre de 2018, hemos realizado decenas de cambios y mejoras, actualizaciones de seguridad, etc... en los que hemos trabajado incansablemente para mejorar la experiencia del usuario final, para que fuera más sencilla y fácil de usar, automátizando los procesos para aumentar la rapidez en nuestras operaciones.
Después de diversos altibajos, nos hemos visto obligados a tomar una decisión que no ha sido fácil pero creemos que es la más acertada por el bien de todos.

Como muchos sabrán , nuestro “pequeño” equipo consta de tan solo 2 integrantes (a parte de nuestros colaboradores de marketing) es muy pequeño y nuestros costos de mantenimiento de servicios es más elevado que el propio beneficio generado , acentuado por la baja del mercado crypto en general, nos vemos obligado al cierre de nuestros servicios.

Desde el día de este aviso , damos por terminada nuestra relación con terceras partes y proyectos.

Les agradecemos todo el tiempo y dedicación prestada y sobre todo a la confianza que todos los proyectos listados han depósitado en nosotros y les ofrecemos nuestras disculpas.
Lamentablemente, esta decisión ha sido tomada por los integrantes del equipo y se hara efectiva en los siguientes 30 días después del aviso oficial.

 ⁃ Los integrantes del Equipo de CryptoStake  Pool seguirán proyectos independientes sin ninguna relación entre ellos, por lo que se da por finalizada la relación laboral entre ambas partes.

As you may know, we are suffering a great downward season in cryptocurrencies and that is hurting thousands of new projects in the short term, ours included.

Since we launched the CryptoStake MN & Staking Pool platform officially in Bitcointalk on October 31, 2018, we have made dozens of changes and improvements, security updates, etc. in which we have worked tirelessly to improve the end user experience to make it simpler and easier to use, automating the processes to increase the speed of our operations.

After several ups and downs, we have been forced to make a decision that has not been easy, but we believe it is the best for the good of all.

As many will know, our team consists of only 2 members (apart from our marketing partners) being this small, our service maintenance costs are higher than the profit generated and this is accentuated by the crypto market decline in general, hence we are forced to close our services.

From the day of this notice, we terminate our relationship with third parties and projects.

We thank you all for the time and dedication given and, above all, for the confidence that all the projects listed have deposited in us and we offer our apologies.

Unfortunately, this decision has been taken by the team members and will be effective within 30 days after the official notice.

 ⁃ CryptoStake MN & Staking Pool will cease its activities on September 5, 2019, so there will be no way to recover the funds after that date.
 ⁃ Following the closing of the website our official channels will be closed to the public (Discord, Telegram, Tweeter, Bitcointalk).
 ⁃ The members of the CryptoStake Pool Team members will follow independent paths without any relationship between them, so the employment relationship between both parties is terminated.

Dear users.
Due to the massive increase of cryptocurrency projects and their rapid devaluation in the market, we will adopt a series of "preventive" measures when selecting new coins to add to our Pool.
Today, the large percentage of the cryptocurrency market is manipulated by the same project teams, trying to create volume in the exchange houses, or giving false promises of an innovative and powerful currency, in which it ends up disappearing in a matter of months.
At that point, to protect our users and ourselves; We are going to adopt a series of measures regarding the choice of projects.

1- The first and immediate one will be the elimination of the free votes of the coins adhered to the process of listing by voting.

2- The only option of listing will be through payment votes
1 vote = 1 Doge

3- Every day 1 of each month the 5 most voted coins will be selected and a vote will be taken among them where the community will decide in a period of 7 days, which will be listed.
The minimum votes to be considered will be 2000 DOGE
Those that are not chosen, will be eligible for the next round.

4- Free votes will be validated 10: 1, of each 10 free votes will be added 1 pay vote.

5- Our costs are detailed here:

- Staking fees: 3%

- Masternode staking fees: 5%

- Exchange fees:
* Withadraw DOGE = 10 DOGE fees
* Minimum withadraw = 500 DOGE
* Trading fees = 0.15% Maker 0.35% Taker

- Wallet update = 5000 DOGE

- SWAP = 10000 DOGE

Estimados usuarios.
Debido al incremento masivo de proyectos de criptomonedas y su rápida devaluación en el mercado , vamos a adoptar una seria de medidas “preventivas” a la hora de seleccionar nuevas monedas a añadir a nuestra Pool.
Hoy día el gran porcentaje del mercado de criptomonedas es manipulado  por los mismos equipos de proyectos, intentando crear volumen en las casas de cambio , o dando falsas promesas de una moneda innovadora y poderosa, en las cuales se acaba desvaneciendo en cuestión de meses.
Llegados a ese punto, para proteger a nuestros usuarios y a nosotros mismos; vamos a adoptar una serie de medidas en cuanto a elección de proyectos se refiere.

1- La primera e inmediata será la eliminación de los votos gratuitos de las monedas adheridas al proceso de listado por votación.

2- La única opción de listado será mediante votos de pago
1 voto = 1 Doge

3- Todos los días 1 de cada mes se seleccionarán las 5 monedas más votadas y se hará una votación entre ellas donde la comunidad decidirá en un periodo de 7 días , cuál será listada.
Los votos mínimos para ser considerada serán de 2000 DOGE
Las que no sean elegidas , podrán optar a la siguiente ronda.

4- Los votos Gratuitos serán convalidados razón 10:1 , de cada 10 votos gratuitos serán añadidos 1 voto de pago.
