Какая зависимость между автоматической напоминалкой и отменой парковки? Если появится напоминалка, то что нельзя уже будет отменить парковку? Парковку можно будет отменить в любом случае, с напоминалкой или без. А как следить за изменением процентов вы уж предоставьте, пожалуйста, людям самостоятельно. И если внедрить, то что просит комьюнити — это позитивно скажется на проекте.
