Right now, Chris has leveraged off the supernet brand to promote his websites. Now I cannot see anything substantial apart from sites anyone could make given enough talent and a few hundred dollars.
Instead of building the user base for the current asset, he creates a new one to get more money.
How would supernet get a return for the money it has helped generate for Chris (which he could not raise in a failed ipo before) and how would the people that purchased assets at inflated prices make their money back.
I'm saying this not out of hate or anything like that, but if this venture by Chris turns sour it would help to tarnish the supernet brand which is what I care about.

Yes its simple the ICO coins acts as A-stocks as long as they remain intact in their wallets, if moved they become B-stocks.
Then it should have been clearly stated in the ICO announcement. Otherwise it's ex post factum which means people are affected by the actions made before the rules about those actions were clearly stated. For example, let's say you get a $35 parking ticket and pay it. A week later the fine for this street goes up to $50 and then you get a letter that states that you owe another $15 because the fine is $50 now. How fair is that? Same story here. I bought 20k in ICO, sold high, repurchased low. It's a natural way of doing things. And now I'm told that rules have changed and I can't profit like I would have if I took my CLD off the exchange the first day and kept all of it in my wallet. What if I didn't daytrade but kept it all at the exchange all this time because I don't feel like running wallets on my computer?
I believe that everyone should be given an opportunity to accumulate at least 10k in their accounts within a week of the official announcement and then share profits equally based on the amount they have in their wallet. Nothing more, nothing less.

Yep, I admit that I'm a troll and I'm proud of it. I used to troll the shit out of high school bullies in person just to put them in the place of their victims. I'm still doing it. I didn't ever admit to support URO. I support the idea of commodity-backed currencies that would replace the modern (crony and corrupt) CEX worldwide. And yes I can't wait to see the other commodity-backed cryptos to come out, particularly the ones promised for UROSE.

It is NOT a fair solution, nor is it a legal solution. It is sound law in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Great Britain that ALL shareholders (all those who hold CLD) are to be treated equally and when dividends are paid out they must all be paid out at the same rate per share.
Cmon dont you guys also have A-stocks and B-stocks in some companys where the A-stocks often are higher valued, may pay out a higher amount / stock yearly and also have alot more voting power within the company per stock compared to B-stocks.
This is no school yard democracy here where each and everyone gets equal time on the swings, this is the wild west of cryptos.
If seen from a legal point it would be the ICO holders that should complain.
12% for ICO & for 12% none ICO is "fair", that is even very generous by Xcloudcoin and ICO`s.

Non ICO investors get 14% Profit Share Percent for 20,000 CLD
Keep the Profit Share Percentage the same for everyone
Just change the number of CLD required to distinguish between ICO and non ICO investors

As someone who could of taken the ICO up but didn't, I think those with the balls to make that sort of commitment should be rewarded rightly so.

It is NOT a fair solution, nor is it a legal solution. It is sound law in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Great Britain that ALL shareholders (all those who hold CLD) are to be treated equally and when dividends are paid out they must all be paid out at the same rate per share.
The ONLY way around this is to create two different types of shares - or two different 'coins' in this case - One coin for ICO holders (CLD #A) and one coin for everyone else (CLD#B). There is no other way to do it legally and since there is no way the Dev wants to create two different types of Cloudcoin there is only one legal solution - All shareholders must be treated equally; all CLD holders who meet the threshold will be paid either 10% or 14% of the profits.
Like it or lump it - that is the law and if this coin has ANY chance at becoming reputable and used throughout the world it must abide by the law sooner rather than later.

So, I'm looking at the investments into rootEx. 4.45 BTC doesn't looks very pretty, especially considering the fact that most of it is mine (I look in the mirror and see a looser I don't want to be). So scary... Much weird... Such Failure. [shibeface here] Any plans to go on http://www.secureae.com/ and actually get some investors on this. I bet it would help establishing an exchange.
