Hi, verybody

we've contact with Tviton.net and received this answers

please comment!

=======

CRYPTWERK

Hi,

we've got this request about your website

please comment the situation!

TVITON

This person has not paid the applications and is defacing our site and
extorting from us.
This person is also doing an attack on our site.
Please delete his review as it does not correspond to reality.

CRYPTWERK

which applications?

i need a full answer - because i can ask everything from his side. also i hope you saw a link on bitcointalk?

TVITON

The person didn't enter MEMO when they sent it
And the payment was lost without a possibility of recovery, although we
have made efforts to restore well it is not possible as it turned out.

The fact that the client did not specify memo is only his fault and not
ours, not specifying memo is tantamount to sending cryptocurrency to
another address.

What is our fault? If the client himself made a mistake and did not
specify MEMO.

CRYPTWERK

1. as an old crypto user i can't believe in this!
you can understand which transaction was sent by users without MEMO

also you've asked him to send a video and second transaction

2. your website Creation Date: 2021-09-15T07:51:51Z

3. There is no huge traffic

4. That means there are no a lot of users/customers

5. That means that you can find his transaction very fast

so, what are we talking about?

TVITON

Purse, which sent the customer purse is a purse pool, not our personal
purse and failure to specify MEMO led to the loss of funds without the
possibility of restoring them, now you know what we're talking about or
will continue to accuse us of what we are not to blame?

If you pay attention that on this wallet transaction very, very much
every day passes.

CRYPTWERK

why you've asked him to make a video?

I notice on the front page you have "Top companies" which I assume is based on the votes of registered members?

Top companies are chosen by their rating and reviews from users.

How do you vet these members and verify they are real?

We are checking their social networks, at the moment it's best open index of company activity

Are you ever going to accept payment to be listed as a top company?

yes, it is our monetization formula. https://cryptwerk.com/adv/

You should add a lot more disclaimers on your page, or you could be liable if someone invests something based on your recommendation.

yes, i think you are right! thank you!

we have a lot of fake registrations that we filter every day. if you compare us with Coinmap - it's full of scam and fake companies. Our data base is actual and fresh because of manual checking of each merchant!
6. Links

Cryptwerk has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Cryptwerk of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.
Just to be clear, the highlighted parts mean that you automatically list merchants that were registered by users then you do the manual checks after?
- If "YES", then there's a window of opportunity for scammers to take advantage of this situation.

as about editors - we have 1 content manager who makes manual checking of all new merchants on Cryptwerk.
How about in regards to the regular checking of merchants?
- Weekly/monthly basis?

Overall, I really liked your website and my only suggestion [for now] is adding a night mode.

to be honest - it's a standard "terms and conditions" text, in reality we are checking ALL NEW MERCHANTS manually

You have really done a good job on this! When I checked the merchants listed in my country, I have no idea that they are accepting bitcoin. Manual checking is a very tedious job. Kudos to your team! Thanks for this map and list.

thank you!) yes it is a really tedious work) but somebody have to do it)

there are some project similar to Cryptwerk.com, but their main mistake is that they don't do any manual checking and by this provide fake data

Then that's great, I was a bit worried that might not be the case.

Thank you for that but if it isn't confidential, can you share what each column [name of each category for evaluating registrations] is for?

no, it's not confidential

~snip~

to be honest our idea that the community should take care of updating the data

every crypto user can make a review for a company, positive or negative. and we are monitoring all reviews and make the decision what to do.

in future we want to implement a special interface for content manager, where every day our system will choose 15-30 random companies to check.

but mostly we rely on our users!

This is a good idea but certainly not the greatest. Would you really want that in your service? Like let your user found out if the link/website is working or is trustworthy? It's like you are making them a test subject when it comes to trying out websites in your list. IMO I think you should try out the websites yourselves first before making them available to everyone since there is no guarantee that all websites are working or even safe to use. I personally don't like the idea that I'll be the first one as a customer to try out this websites especially if it lacks trust worthiness and reputability.

as about "worthiness and reputability" - we have our own rating system based on information provided by company and it's social activity + users reviews
