Even if you manage to persuade one of the reputable escrow providers to handle this deal [highly unlikely], it still doesn't change the fact that nothing can stop you from recovering it in the future!- The bolded part in the first quote "only" gives a false sense of security to potential buyers!

I made a btc withdrawal from https://my.exscudo.com on June 30th and haven't received a coin to date. It's so frustrating to keep contacting them but they do nothing about it. The transaction status on my account is 'REGISTERED'...whatever that means. This adds to my list of disappointments with this company. Very shady to say the least. I can only hope that my btc will be sent asap as the price is very volatile nowadays.

That's the message on https://my.exscudo.com/. Hope Exscudo's new 'soon' means a few hours or days. Not their usual 'soon' of 1 year.
Stress test of exscudo is complete but no still no sign of update on how it did work. I want to know on why it still taking time for Exscudo for the development of their project. It seems they are still making strategy on how market will goes since a lot of people can't wait for their investment and it just slowly no signs of getting the EONs in full.
Id like to still buy some peoples investments.
Pretty sure this extra month has made the theoretical launch price lower
