in London there are some public figures who accept donations for public needs by receiving BTC.  the Bitcoin community in my country has active transactions using BTC.  adoption is very important.  but knowledge is also very important for stabilizing the graph.

not only for voting, blockchain has great benefits for government order, the blockchain can minimize corruption, crime, and is very good for the state security department.  It seems like Japan has used the blockchain to vote.

don't forget BTC and ETH.  some other coins that can be the place of investment are XRP, TRX and XLM. 
BTC and ETH for long-term investments.  and each crypto that has a high value is very good for a long investment.

certainly BTC can.  today BTC only needs world recognition to compete with dollars.  we need crypto regulation to increase the popularity of BTC.  BTC will not become a global standard, but BTC will be used for global transactions.

there are many ways to move assets from bank to crypto.  I prefer to buy with a voucher.  then convert in the local exchange.  or you can use PayPal services and others.  I prefer to save assets on BTC or ETH.  both are my top choices.

BTC, ETH, XRP investments are good investment choices.  you can use Binance exchange, Bittrex, Bitfinex, and other large exchanges.

I will answer one of your questions.  others you can search for from other references.  whales, investors, active traders are crypto users who control the market.  they create bearish and bullish.

the government cannot ban crypto users.  maybe the government only prohibits crypto from being used for transactions. 
I believe.  although the Indian government banned crypto, but public enthusiasm for the crypto world will survive and make a positive contribution.  we can still trade or invest.  gold and fiat are not places of investment to take profits.  but gold is only for saving value and fiat is very bad.

my country's government bans BTC.  for them, BTC is a threat to the national currency.  the central bank is afraid if the public uses BTC for transactions and leaves fiat.  even.  my country's government has a plan to create E-money like BTC.  but I'm sure.  their plan will fail.

I do not know.  but the majority of crypto users like the BNB.  BNB development always increases every time.  now the BNB has a uptrend value.  BNB is different from other coin exchanges.  many other coin exchanges are dead and have no value.

it's not easy to buy again.  it is a big loss and makes people afraid to buy bitcoin again.  7 months is not enough to return the capital.  because the development of BTC this year is very slow.  so maybe 2020 BTC will create a fast bullish market.

I am more satisfied with BTC.  fiat is boring and primitive.  not simple and the value is low. 
fiat has few benefits.  I think it's only limited for transactions.  but BTC has many benefits.  for trade, investment, and for payment instruments.
