Even so will bad port or pool give you XXX instead of OOO?

Houston we have a problem.
My Blade is tossing up XXXXXXXX
I wont get into too many details but this blade was sold working, user couldnt get it to work sent back and now its showing me all XXXXX.

Its a V2
Anything I can do / test.
I am using a PS setup that works with another V2 blade.

I am currently running Win 7 32 Bit with a single GPU HD 6770 miner.
Wanted to give Linux a try at mining,
Thoughts - preferred Distro.
I search and a lot of people love Xbuntu.

Further experimenting.
I tried GUI miner - it runs Open CL - but SUCKS 3.5Mh/s
But least I know it will run.
So now just need to get cgminer running.... and hope it works a lot better.

Thanks for all the suggestions any one else got anything I should try - maybe a different miner?

Also went back and launched without batch file
Typed URL user pass...
Hung after password for 5 seconds then crashed as before.

Nothing to see in the screenshot.

Take a stab at mining.
I batched my URL username and password.
I run it and see dat... Started cgminer 3....
then POP UP
"cgminer.exe has stopped working"
Any Help Would be great.

3 Gigs Ram

Tried Current and Current Beta Driver on Card.
