NEXO is a shit coin. Pays dividends in shitcoin NEXO - cant even sell as there are no buy orders. Its better to hold BTC on crypto.com and get 8% interest paid weekly. So its 8% on BTC guaranteed over holding shitcoin, that drops in satoshies and pays in NEXO shitcoin that you cant even sell.

I see a company moving forward with caution and confidence to avoid the missteps of others. Adapting to the changing face of regulation and investor relations while balancing customer experience with network security and rewards! But making everyone happy all at once would be magic.

Yes, if you stake BTC or ETH LTV is 50% or better, TUSD & USDT even better LTV is 90% and up.

Is Nexo paying US investors dividends in BTC because they fear the SEC and pay the rest of the people in the world in worthless Nexo tokens because they don't care about them as no institutions is protecting them as the SEC does with US citizens?

I love Nexo and the service is constantly improving, but all their wonderful tech didn't prevent my buying crypto with borrowed funds at the wrong time. Ouch, my loan balance doesn't follow the downtrend like my collateral balances. 
The volume will increase but its just a cycle. The NEXO Oracle will be selling into the buyers who will be paying off and the cycle repeats. It will help with liquidity but will not be a benefit for us holders. We benefit when more people join us in holding NEXO on the platform and not trading. Otherwise there are a billion NEXO that will be floating around in 4 years.
Volume is one of the most important factors which have dramatic impacts on price movements (both upwards and downwards).Increased volume implies so many things which happened behind the scene.
Current volume (5M+) hasn't been seen since June. I'll take it as a good sign.
