One, because it's a separate entity, two, as I mention numerous times, a trait [perhaps labeling it as "ethic" is more fitting here] shared amongst casinos higher-ups are they will not overturn one division's ruling, in order not to abuse their power and to respect the division's decision.

Neighboring case with similar situation ended up with his sportsbetting feature still completely blocked as my contact politely refuse to intervene. Why yours got an exception? Well, I'm not sure. Maybe your bad betting pattern is not that bad. Maybe my contact is in the mood of slapping the back of someone's head. Maybe we're lucky. Bottom line is: it's a special exception, and they warned me [and I promised them] that this is not going to be a habit. They will not start taking and granting my request to help intervening ban-lifting just because this one got exception.

p.s.: if it's not lifted yet, then pray to any divine being that my contact managed to twist some arm and smack some head to give you the leniency. As mentioned, it's a situation with whole different entity, I can understand that my contact is trying hard and still ended up with a big NO from those entity.

p.p.s: not trying to give you hope, so don't hold your breath, but maybe... the provider will reconsider and increase the wagering limit they imposed on your account if you show an improvement from the previous bad betting pattern [assuming the ban is successfully lifted, of course]

You didn’t mention why their sports betting provider banned you. Why do you think you were banned? Didn’t your VIP host explain why you were banned from sports betting on BC.Game?

This is the first time I’ve heard of something like this. So it’s actually possible to be banned by a sports betting provider like Betby, but still not be banned on the site where you placed your bets? It seems like you were mainly doing sports betting not doing any slot games or live casino games?
